I'm so glad I finally got to try Lil Tiger. If only this was closer to where I live, since I'm in an ice cream shop desert! The prices are pretty standard for the area - not too high and not too low either. The best part of getting a milkshake is that you can get as many flavors as you want to mix together. I got a large milkshake with Cappuccino Irish Cream and huckleberry. My favorite ice cream flavor is coffee, so I had to get the cappuccino. The cappuccino here tasted the best out of all the other ice cream shops' coffee flavors I've tried, even compared to all the local ones (Molly Moon's, Bluebird, and Salt & Straw). The texture of Lil Tiger's coffee flavor was perfect, while Bluebird's is gritty and always makes me choke, and Molly Moon's has those annoying chips. The milkshake also had the best consistency I've ever had from a milkshake in the Seattle area. I'm so used to having uneven milkshakes that aren't ready to drink for 10+ minutes like from Baskin Robbins, etc. This one was ready to drink right away, and I didn't have to wait too long. There were other flavors I tried as well that I'd like in a cone or something next time.

Not really much to say. It's a place that sells ice cream. The ice cream is really good. You may need to cross the street to find parking though.

I have loved going to the ice cream shop since it opened—the quality of the ice cream is great. However, I recently had a bad experience. I went in to get ice cream, and there was a family of three in front of me who were tasting different flavors. The older gentleman working there was having a conversation with them about various things. The family kindly offered to let me go ahead since I was by myself, but before I could say anything, the gentleman said, “It doesn’t matter,” and continued his conversation with them.

I understand the importance of engaging with customers, but if that’s the case, I believe there should be another staff member to assist other customers inline. I ended up walking out without buying anything because he continued talking for over five minutes and completely disregarded me when the family suggested I go first. It was extremely disrespectful.

Service was great. My husband said his dairy free option was ok. I got a brownie a la mode the ice cream it self was ok the brownie was so horrible. It was so mushy and flavorless it really killed the whole sweet craving I had ended up just tossing it before we got to the car. Staff was very friendly though. Might try to go again but definitely steer clear of that brownie.
