Homemade Ube ice cream was the best. They use coconut cream as the base and it reminds of the ice cream in Thailand

My husband and I took out of town relatives here for Father’s Day and everyone loved the ice cream. We always receive excellent customer service but they did an especially good job of making sure the dads felt special on Father’s Day. The owner recommended a pistachio and chocolate combination to us that was delicious. It was also fun to meet the mascot and their new puppy. Thank you for making us feel welcomed every time we get ice cream!

dont get the brownie a la mode. they literally microwaved it in front of me ??😭 it was so bad i couldnt finish it and gave it to my friend, she later used it to prank her boyfriend who she was mad at (since it was so inedible) we realized after that was why the worker was overcompensating with the customer service

One of a kind, must go to spot if you like dogs. The resident hound is food for the soul. This place is will make your day better whether you like it or not. It's just that cute.

I'm so glad I finally got to try Lil Tiger. If only this was closer to where I live, since I'm in an ice cream shop desert! The prices are pretty standard for the area - not too high and not too low either. The best part of getting a milkshake is that you can get as many flavors as you want to mix together. I got a large milkshake with Cappuccino Irish Cream and huckleberry. My favorite ice cream flavor is coffee, so I had to get the cappuccino. The cappuccino here tasted the best out of all the other ice cream shops' coffee flavors I've tried, even compared to all the local ones (Molly Moon's, Bluebird, and Salt & Straw). The texture of Lil Tiger's coffee flavor was perfect, while Bluebird's is gritty and always makes me choke, and Molly Moon's has those annoying chips. The milkshake also had the best consistency I've ever had from a milkshake in the Seattle area. I'm so used to having uneven milkshakes that aren't ready to drink for 10+ minutes like from Baskin Robbins, etc. This one was ready to drink right away, and I didn't have to wait too long. There were other flavors I tried as well that I'd like in a cone or something next time.

I have loved going to the ice cream shop since it opened—the quality of the ice cream is great. However, I recently had a bad experience. I went in to get ice cream, and there was a family of three in front of me who were tasting different flavors. The older gentleman working there was having a conversation with them about various things. The family kindly offered to let me go ahead since I was by myself, but before I could say anything, the gentleman said, “It doesn’t matter,” and continued his conversation with them.

I understand the importance of engaging with customers, but if that’s the case, I believe there should be another staff member to assist other customers inline. I ended up walking out without buying anything because he continued talking for over five minutes and completely disregarded me when the family suggested I go first. It was extremely disrespectful.
