Ordered online for pickup, had no option to change the tip, was forced to tip an unknown percentage with absolutely no ability to change it. It went from view cart to checkout and no in-between.

Seems like something changed with the burgers. It’s always been a pretty mid-tier burger, nothing special but could do a lot worse. the novelty toppings and weekly specials kept things interesting.

Calling it quits though, paying $50 for 2 burgers/2 milkshakes and getting the most dry, crusty, and flavorless patties is insulting. Def not worth the outrageously inflated price.

Went here for an order pickup, got the Trotter and onion rings. Easily the best burger I've had in a while. The onion rings were crispy and flavorful, I'd come back for sure.

Good burger. Fries were a bit soggy. Nice staff. Fast food atmosphere, appropriate for the location. I went there with children and we felt safe and comfortable.

I wish I had photos to share, but we ate everything too quickly! The food was absolutely delicious — hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Honestly, I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but I don’t know what everyone else was talking about because our experience was great. The staff was so kind, and even though we ordered to-go, everything held up perfectly and was just as good once we got home. We’ll definitely be returning!

Lil Woody’s at SeaTac is officially my go-to airport meal.

I’ve been waiting a long time for this location to open, and it did not disappoint. I’ve already eaten here three times when flying out of the North Gates—and honestly, if I’m going to eat at the airport, I want to support local and eat what’s actually good.

The burgers are still awesome. I stick with the classic Lil Woody and fries with chipotle mayo—simple, delicious, and always hits the spot. The new patty might be different from the Painted Hills one they used to use, but I actually prefer it. It’s a little leaner, which feels better when you’re about to board a flight.

Fries? Always crispy. Sauces? Still amazing. Music? Surprisingly good every time I’ve gone.

And here’s the bonus: this is the only Lil Woody’s where you can grab a shot or a drink at the bar. Solo travelers, just head straight to the bar—open seating and quick service. Shout out to Angela the bartender—super friendly and always welcoming.

Bottom line: if you’re flying out of SeaTac, don’t mess around. Eat at Lil Woody’s.

Absolutely NOT! This was THEE MOST DISGUSTING BURGER EVER! It was slimy, over priced and THE ORDER WAS WRONG and they did nothing to resolve the issue, even after asking us to come back to the store!! What was the purpose? NEVER WILL COME HERE AGAIN - save your money and get a burger from 5 guys down the street in Westwood!

Ordered through doordash and received the wrong order - door dash told me to contact store and they refused to do anything, refund, or re make the food - horrible customer service - spent 50$ on a order that wasn't mine and neither company can fix the issue - used to like this place but these new people dont care - save your money
