still love it , food is still good and the drink is strong. we had the Asian waitress, she is lovely don't know why some people think she is rude. we went for the all day Sunday happy hour, with 3 cocktails, a bottle of wine , 2 salad 2 main and one dessert, is only a little over $100+ tips,

This place used to be much better. Went in the other night for a drink. The bartender was not very nice when I requested a basic mezcal margarita that wasn’t on the menu. The cocktail itself was not good at all, I can make it much better at home. And of course it’s overpriced because Seattle. Disappointed.

I got the pear and goat cheese salad, the meatballs and the chicken with marsala sauce. The chicken didn’t have much flavor to it aside from the black pepper even with the mushroom gravy. The salad has a basic oil with salt and pepper dressing. The meatballs were amazing and flavorful. I then ordered the steak with potatoes medium rare, the steak had a char outside with little flavor to the steak and was not medium rare. The bottle of montepulciano d'abruzzo was tasty. My server was so nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is cozy with the red touches at the bar and small tables.

The Asian bartender was the most rude person I've ever seen in my life. I ordered a chocolate cake and an old fashioned (without simple syrup). I immediately figured after a sip that she added syrup and said that I have diabetes and if she added syrup. Her response was - "Yes, i did. And you're having a chocolate cake if you're diabetic ". I clarified the cake was for my wife who was on her periods. This is the kind of experience you have at list. Suggest no one ever goes to this place

Terrible experience at The List. The waitress was rude from the moment we sat down — no greeting, no smile, nothing. When she brought our food, she didn’t say a word, just dropped it off like she couldn’t care less. I asked for dressing on the side just after ordering, and she stared at me like I was speaking another language before flatly saying, “I don’t think it would be possible.” Seriously?

It got worse when we were served cold meatballs practically right after ordering — before our drinks even came. When I mentioned they were cold, she acted offended and said we had to pay anyway since we “partially ate them.” She flat-out refused to reheat them, even though they were clearly stale and had been sitting out.

This waitress’s terrible attitude made us all feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We have no interest in coming back to a place that allows staff like this to treat customers so poorly. Avoid this place if you want a decent dining experience — we certainly won’t be returning.

Love it here, I believe this is part of the trio including Barolo and Cinque Terra that have the same ownership and similar menus. Great Happy hour day and closing. Recommend the Gnocchi, get it every time.

Best happy hour in town. Always come here on Sundays if in the area. The chicken marsala is the best I've had in Seattle, but, I've really yet to have a bad dish here.

This continues to be our favorite happy hour spot. We take all of our friends and family here when they are in town. The staff is awesome and make us feel at home every time we stop by. Small tasty tapas style plates with fantastic drinks. This place is the REAL deal. Show up, you won’t regret it.

Vegetarian options: They are super flexible. My gf is a vegan and they always adjust their gnocchi to include a red sauce with no cheese. You won’t go hungry as a vegetarian or vegan. Promise.
