On occasion, such as running an errand, I'll stop for breakfast at Little Jaye, and today I had the ham, cheese, & egg breakfast sandwich on brioche bun. It was prepared to excellence and I really enjoyed it. I usually sit outside on the patio to dine, very plesant.

Saw this spot on the socials and just knew we had to try the ruffle rice crispy but unfortunately it did disappoint. Not enough salt, not crunchy and just lacked the vibe. We also tried the vanilla crùme donut which too unfortunately had little flavor. But the chocolate crinkle cookie was okay! My husband ordered the cereal milk latte with the fruity pebbles milk, he liked it but as expected as sweet. The chai tea latte unfortunately lacked flavor as well and was more a hot cup of water than ran by a chai tea bag :( if this is local to you, stop by and see but I won’t be driving out of the way for it again. Happy munching!

I have come here multiple times and the food and baked good are great but man the service SUCKS. There is a woman with glasses, tattoos on both arms, with blonde highlights or streaks that makes the coffee beverages who is ALWAYS rude.

Ill be patronizing other businesses moving forward. I hope they figure their staffing out.

What a find! This is the perfect place to stop for a bite after a flight from SeaTac Airport. The pastries are pretty good, but the real star is their breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

I’m planning to take out of town guests here in the future. The poblano cornbread muffin was melt-in-your mouth. The customer service was stellar. The vibes were immaculate. You could almost miss the magic of this bakery as it’s tucked away in Cloverdale Business Park. The smashwhich was ready in about 5 minutes. Definitely worth a stop.

Everything here is just so so good. I tried the Smashwich for the first time and it was a delightful texture bonanza. Had to get a biscuit for the road bc they are top notch. All the other pastries and sweet treats are freaking yummy too.

A great place to sit outside and and enjoy one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever tasted ( the smashwich). Its a small selection of tems, but each thing is made to perfection. The spiced Chai is nice and strong with good flavor.

The area is not a lot to look, so not a scenic stop, but that only serves to make this place feel like a hidden gem for the locals.

We were 3 min late for breakfast and they couldn’t accommodate. This would be fine but the lunch was not good. The burger was very overcooked. Turkey sandwich was uninspired and basic. Coffee was amazing though. I wonder if the breakfast was good. Just steer clear for lunch time.

The smashwich is so good! That hashbrown in it can't do wrong for breakfast! The egg doesn't hurt either. Delicious and very hearty, I ate a few bites and then had the leftovers later for lunch- there was plenty for me!

The matcha latte was less impressive- it ended up being a lightly matcha-flavored milk. :\ it could have used a bit more matcha, and a bit more sugar.

Some friends got the biscuits and gravy, and liked it but definitely recommend getting extra gravy, because the biscuits really soak it up.

The cream shokupan are also supposedly to die for- I can't wait to try them next time!

It was a pricey splurge of a breakfast, but having leftovers and being very tasty made up for it. đŸ„č
