The coffee is okay. Taste of it is off. Barista isn’t very good at making latte art so don’t expect the coffee to make your day, but she tried lol.

The atmosphere of the place is super nice though, and I love the ambience.

Completely ignored at the counter. Two employees. No other customers.

Get a Seattle fog with a savory pinwheel, my happy place

I went to order and the worker just stared at me. I asked if I could have a matcha and then it cost $10 and wasn’t even good. It was clumpy. When the other worker handed it to me she threw it so hard it spilled a little on the counter. It was so full when I put the lid on it went everywhere. I don’t know why they treated me like that I was polite to them. I’ll never be back there, I’m trying not to let it ruin my day. I never even write reviews but Jesus Christ

Great place to sit and work/study all day. Baristas are very nice, atmosphere is great, coffee is great.

4 instead of 5 because the Wi-Fi really and truly does not work for many customers. I see other comments mentioning this, with replies from the owner saying that this is because they failed to ‘accept the terms’, and that you might have to go into your device settings to ‘forget’ the network in order to see the terms of use webpage (this is called a ‘captive portal’ fyi). This is simply not the case, folks. Nothing I did (including forgetting the network) made the captive portal page appear. I have been a software engineer for 12 years and today I tried my damndest for about 20 minutes to connect to this network to no avail.

It’s fine for a cafe to not have WiFi, I can always use tethering. I just want the owners here to be aware that this is not merely a problem with folks getting confused and failing to accept the terms on the captive portal, or needing to reset their device settings.

Wi-Fi doesn’t work! And they seem that they know about it, but not sure if they don’t care.

Tucked behind a bookstore in Capitol Hill, Little Oddfellows is one of Seattle’s hidden gems. The coffee is solid, but what really makes this place special is the atmosphere — think quiet bookstore vibes with the aroma of fresh brews. It’s the perfect place to sip a latte and flip through a new read.

That said, seating is limited and it can get crowded fast, especially on weekends. But worth checking out for the ambiance alone.

This is truly a special place. It is the offspring of its sister restaurant just down the block. The staff are kind, patient and efficient, the pastries and coffee are wonderful and the vibe is cozy and inviting. Inside the Elliott Bay Bookstore. Coffee, pastries and books?!

Really enjoyed studying at this cafe. The salted caramel mocha latte was really good. I also really liked being inside of the book store.

Cozy place to read/work with good coffee and cookies.

This used to be a good spot to get some work done, but they now have perpetually broken Wi-Fi.
