I went a little over a year ago so this review might not be as helpful. My standard for dumplings are HIGH but I'm also realistic that I'm not in Asia. Still... this place is NOT IT. Dumpling skins are too thick. Fillings have an odd after taste. Fried buns are dry... I really don't have anything nice to say about this place, unfortunately.

Can't believe this. They took their boiled dumplings off the menu. We used to go there almost every week to have our favorite boiled dumplings and now they only serve pan fried and steamed dumplings. How can you call yourself a dumpling restaurant when you don't even serve boiled dumplings which is the traditional Chinese way of cooking dumplings. Well never visiting again until they bring back their boiled dumplings.

Ordered a few dishes to go yeterday, and to say I am dissapointed is an understatement. The texture and consistency of one of my noodle dishes was, well, gluey. Not sure what happened there. My fried rice was supposed to contain beef, chicken AND shrimp. No shrimp whatsoever, and I paid extra for the shrimp addition. This is my second visit in two months. My initial visit was a to-go order as well. However, when I went to pick up my order it wasn'r ready. Understandable, as it was very busy with diners as well as food delivery people waiting for their orders. I waited 70 minutes. Employees were very apologetic. I think there was only one person cooking. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited patiently. The food, however was fantastic! Hence, the second visit. Not sure if I am in for a third...

Wonder if people lost tastes or expectations on normal services. This place is a no. First of all, no parking. There are total 6 tight parking spots shared with the others Chinese restaurants in front of two entrances and no street parking; needless to say more. Second, very little service. We ordered two dishes and waited for 30 minutes when the restaurant only had a few customers. The staffs there (two total) did not seem to be willing to answer your simple questions. Terrible experience Third, this place is at the lower range of sanitation among low-cost operation Chinese restaurants. The staff was busy buss-boying tables with bare hands and would immediately turning around to deliver food/dishes without washing/cleaning hands. Disgusting!! Finally the food ... pan-fried dumplings and pan-fried bao. The food tasted barely ok. I would give them 4 out of 10. Not sure if the pork filler even tasted fresh. No chance to go back.

Best dumplings in Seattle. Definitely try the soup dumplings. Not a chain. Family-run restaurant.

The Dan Dan Noodles had almost no Szechwan spice and the sauce was really watery. The buns WERE really good. Also, since I know the owner looks at this, could you tell your cooks to not play music really loudly over their phone?

I was craving a snack at night so I decidedly to UberEats some scallion pancakes and soup dumplings from this place to my hotel. They turned out surprisingly good! Never been to the actual restaurant in person tho. Might've been even worth the $50!

We were brought here by friends while we were visiting Seattle. I meant to take more pictures but was too busy stuffing my face! Everything was absolutely delicious- standout favorites were the green beans and garlic sauce and green onion pancakes. They were both magic in my mouth!

Ima start with a disclaimer id give this place 5 stars but to continue gatekeeping and helping out my asians that know 3-4 stars for an asian spot is good im give it a 4. Wonton chili had me questioning if i should drink the oil pretty dam good not dtf good but my credit card won't hurt paying for it. Also get the pork and chive dumplings. Everything else was good but not too standoutish but dam was it soft. They won't check in on you like your ex but call the server if you need anything

I love this place, my go to take out joint. I moved away from Seattle and think about these dumplings regularly. The soup dumplings are my favorite

Lowered my review from 5 to 1 to make a statement. The quality has diminished as they no longer serve boiled dumplings. The dumplings also don’t taste as fresh. Please revert back to the old way of making the food. We used to go here one a month at least and we are not returning for a while until quality returns. Also please do not serve the dumplings in a bowl style plate as the water made our dumplings soggy. They used to be served in a steam basket and it was much better.

I visited Little Ting's for lunch on a Sunday and had an excellent dining experience. The dumplings were bomb! The service was top notch, as well.At the time I visited, there were open tables to accommodate our party. I only saw one delivery driver come to the resturant to pick up an order, which I only mention because so many other reviews state that Little Ting's prioritizes delivery orders.I think the cherry on the sundae (other than the delicious Garlic Green Beans) was the to-go boxes and ADORABLE reusable bag they gave us to take our leftovers home in.Thabk you for a wonderful dining experience, Little Ting's! I'll see you soon!Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps at the entrance or inside the resturant. The tables seem as though they could easily accommodate a wheelchair, and the resturant has enough space to create flexibility in regards to the table arrangements.
