not open during posted hours. I drove all the way across town during rush hour but they decided to stop serving early.

Huge, delicious sandwiches on focaccia. Nice space with a patio out front. Pricing on the sandwiches is not crazy imo, but I paid $10 for a can of beer I was expecting to be on draft. Cocktails are decent but not a cheap place to grab a drink.

The focaccia bread is definitely fresh and amazing as the sandwich bread. Loved the curried white beans and the walnuts provided a nice crunch. I just wish the sandwich was warm but that’s just a personal opinion.
Very friendly server, I asked her for a recommendation and we got an awesome sandwich! It was huge! For $20, a bit pricey, it was worth it.

Fantastic sandwich! Burrata and pesto added creaminess, mortadella was flavorful and the fresh focaccia bread is amazing. Coming into this I thought the prices were a bit high but this sandwich is totally worth it. Great ingredients, it is filling and environment is very comfortable!

Honestly, crushed my expectations. I was completely prepared to be a hater given the price. But damn, they give you a big ol’ sandwich that could be split between two people. Or one if you’re hungry.
Also, it comes with a pickle. +1 for that
Would recommend, will go back. Price is high so it’s not an everyday thing but definitely a good treat yourself sandwich.

Atmosphere and service is great. Friendly staff. We ordered 4 different sandwiches and all of them were super salty, not sure if that was a particular batch. Limited vegetarian options.

Fantastic eatery. The mozzarella and tomato focaccia is one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. The flavor made me stop and pause. Highly recommend.

This place is phenomenal and I am literally always craving it. I had some sticker shock when I first went there but it’s so worth it. The sandwiches are massive and every ingredient is of the highest quality. The focaccia is perfect and the sandwiches are super unique. I also really appreciate the selection of non-alcoholic drinks. I love you Hushy’s!!!

Hushy’s is a good spot! The sandwiches are extremely large, making it nice to share. They are about $20 each. There are no gluten free options, but they can make salad variations of the sandwich.

the mortadella is the best sandwich i’ve had in seattle! a little pricey but definitely worth it for the amount and quality you get
Went for a nice Sunday lunch, while the sandwiches are a bit pricey ($20+), they easily have two servings. I looked forward to eating the leftovers the entire next day.

Seattle has absolutely lost its mind. The sandwiches here are not good and somehow cost $20 each. Yet another local reviewer overhyped spot from people who've clearly never eaten even a semi decent sandwich

Turkey sandwich was delicious. They forgot our marinara sauce for the focaccia but it didn’t matter, the sandwich was that good.
Gorgeous interior as well!

Wonderful ambiance & great staff. The food itself needs fine tuning. Ordered the mortadella breakfast sandwich and it was HEAVY on the aioli. Lots of bread, greens, egg, and aioli — the mortadella was light. Excited to try other sandwiches. I’m not writing them off just yet. That said, poor execution on the sandwich ingredient proportions for this particular breakfast sandwich. I feel bound to some honesty on this front.
