Tried or order online for takeout and showed up and they were closed. Legit was able to complete a full online order with zero mention of them being closed AND THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY! If you are closed wouldn’t you turn off your online ordering system?!?! It’s common sense to do that right; wrong…will be contesting the cleared charge too.

I think they might be permanently closed? Their door says open but they have been closed at the lunch hour the last two days

I have gone to Local Pho for over 10-years. Sometime back it sold. I’m sad to report it had really gone downhill. The Pho broth isn’t the same. The ingredients are not consistent. The seating area is unkempt and not clean.

Local Pho does exactly what its name suggests: delivers the neighborhood staples with zero overcomplication. The menu splits neatly between pho, rice plates, and bubble tea — simple, dependable, and made for repeat visits.

The pho lineup keeps it flexible: steak, brisket, meatballs, chicken, shrimp, or tofu/veggie (all around $13–14). Each bowl lands with the expected plate of basil, sprouts, lime, and jalapeños. It’s not trying to reinvent the wheel — just keep it rolling.

On the rice side, the Charbroiled Chicken ($13.50) and Lemongrass Pork ($13.50) stand out, both carrying the backyard-grill vibe that defines a solid cơm tấm plate. If you’re hungrier, the Beef Short Ribs ($17) deliver a heartier bite.

Bubble tea and smoothies (mango, honeydew, coconut) plus Vietnamese iced coffee ($5) round things out. Kids get a smaller pho option, making it family-friendly, while a few wines and beers make it adult-friendly, too.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Come here if you want a reliable neighborhood spot where pho and rice plates are fast, filling, and priced right. Not fancy — just solid, local comfort.

I PAID FOR FOOD THAT I NEVER GOT AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM LOCALPHO!!!

I ordered food online (prepaid) via the website for a team meeting the following day. When we arrive to pick up our food, the restaurant was closed and we never got our food. I have tried with Menufy and LocalPho itself and I STILL have not been able to get a refund. LocalPho claims they cannot give me a refund because Menufy hasn't paid them. Menufy has tried contacting them with no success. They claim Menufy hasn't paid them, but the won't answer the phone for Menufy to explain that they HAVE been paid.

Regardless, I ordered food from Local Pho's website. LOCAL PHO owes me the refund regardless of how their back-end payment system works.

Didn't waste your time. This place isn't actually open during business hours.

Ordered the Chicken Pho, but there was literally one spoonful of chicken in the Pho. Basically paid $15 for beef broth and noodles (they don't even have chicken broth for chicken Pho!). Also, had to wait almost 20 minutes for my check.

Best pho in Belltown. I googled ‘best pho near me’. Up came Bahn Mi. Love the atmosphere. Good people.

Service was slow and the amount of protein in the Pho and rolls was minimal. Actual flavors were fine, but the wait was too long and value for the food wasn't there. Won't be back.

A lot of meat in the banh mi, but no cilantro or lettuce or any greens at all. Off smell in the dining room, and body odor from the waiter.

I just ordered a taro bubble tea and it came out a different color and tasted like garbage the smoothie had ice cubes in it and the flavor was gross I asked to make another flavor and it came out horrible. The new people suck at making bubble tea I wasted my money. The guy gets an attitude because I told him I order here all the time and I've never seen him and never had a bubble tea like that. I'll take new one by the regular employees please

Tried their grilled pork rice and vermicelli. Pork was not grilled but more like braised; soaked in oil. Rice and vermicelli were soaked in oil. I’m Viet and got really offensive they called this Viet food. Never try again.
