Tried their grilled pork rice and vermicelli. Pork was not grilled but more like braised; soaked in oil. Rice and vermicelli were soaked in oil. I’m Viet and got really offensive they called this Viet food. Never try again.

Got a bowl of beef pho and it came with one slice of beef and a whole bowl of noodles. Imagine like one slice of roast beef that's how much beef I just ate with my whole bowl of noodles.
Tasty noodles tasty broth but that's not a 20$ meal!

The server was picking at his face in the middle of the restaurant, while leaning over a stack of clean napkins. He was also pretty rude, asking snippy, judgemental questions about our orders. The food was decent but not nearly good enough to make up for everything else. I do not recommend this place.

We stopped by this place to try it out while we were visiting in town.. We had the combo pho and pork vermicelli with one egg roll. The pho broth tasted okay. Noodles and meats were good in the broth. The vegetables tasted pretty fresh. The vermicelli noodles didn't taste right, because they were a different kind of noodles instead of vermicelli and were pretty soggy. The pork tasted okay and the egg roll was pretty small for the price. I had a strawberry bubble tea with lychee jelly. It tasted okay too.. You can come try at your own risk.

Took over an hour to get our to-go order: 2 bahn mi, 1 chicken rice bowl, and a small bowl of broth (which they forgot). Food was not fresh (rather soggy) and not as tasty as previous visits. Rice bowl did not come with fish sauce, and what should have been chili oil look like store-bought sweet and sour sauce, but was thick like jelly. This used to be our go-to place for pho so this was very disappointing. Had been a minute since we ate here. Not sure if they are under new management, but did not recognize any of the staff. The woman (I assume the owner?) we used to see in here all the time ran a very tight ship. Only if we see her in there again will determine if we return.

This used to be my favorite pho restaurant. It used to be good but I think they got a new manager. It took an hour to make 2 bahn mi sandwiches. They changed the recipe of the chicken and rice. Veggies are wilted and old. It now tastes like microwaved food you can make at home for way cheaper. Its sad to see a good place become

Just not very good food.

Normal prices (for Seattle), slightly outdated interior, but mostly just not good food.

We tried the pho and the banh mi — banh mi was drenched in hoisin and somehow still bland? The pho had no beef flavor, and tasted thin.

Skip this place and visit any other pho place in town.

Hands down the worst Banh Mi I have had.

The hoagie bun was untoasted and soggy, the veggies were stale, there were no jalapeños and the tofu was oily

**Takeout Review – August 29, 2024, 5:00 PM PST**

I recently ordered takeout consisting of a Pork Salad and two orders of fresh rolls. Unfortunately, the meal did not meet my expectations. The pork was excessively fatty and had an overpowering taste that detracted from the overall dish. The mangos were underripe and hard, rendering them inedible.

The fresh rolls were disappointing, each containing just 1 shrimp, vermicelli noodles, and Romaine lettuce, with barely a hint of mint. The peanut sauce, a crucial component, ran out before I could finish the rolls, leaving the remaining bites dry and unappetizing.

For a city like Seattle, this meal was subpar, and I would suggest seeking other options. Even in Bend, Oregon, I can find much better Vietnamese food. This meal left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed, as I always look forward to enjoying Vietnamese cuisine. Sadly, this may have been the worst I have ever experienced.

Since changing ownership, the quality has fallen significantly. This is most obvious in how they put different sriracha brands in the huy fong bottles, which was an irritating surprise.
