We stopped by this place to try it out while we were visiting in town.. We had the combo pho and pork vermicelli with one egg roll. The pho broth tasted okay. Noodles and meats were good in the broth. The vegetables tasted pretty fresh. The vermicelli noodles didn't taste right, because they were a different kind of noodles instead of vermicelli and were pretty soggy. The pho broth is very light in spices, however I think they’re going for a traditional northern style. The meat is plenty enough, cooked in some broth because it had more star anise flavor. The noodles are from dry, not soft but this one breaks apart too easily.

The food is truly fantastic. There is no question. However, I didn't plan on getting red pilled on day 1 of my vacation to Seattle, going out for dinner, and getting full blast Fox News playing like you're at that uncle's house. Literally anything else could've been on in the background and it would have made the dinner 1000% better. It's hard to inhale super hot (and delicious) pho quickly so you can leave just to stop listening to hot garbage at full...
