Amazing take on fries - like home fries but extra crispy with salt and pepper! The Dungeness crab roll on the weekends is worth it!

This place is worth the wait - a line out the door is usually a great sign, and local tide does not disappoint! The vibes are so good, and everyone seems to be having a great time working and dining here. Love their beer collabs with the brewery next door. Truly wished we lived closer to visit here often, but instead, we will just be telling everyone we know!

We went here with the intention of eating in. The inside is small so there is limited seating. It looks like a very cute place. We ordered and ate at Aslan Brewing Seattle. It is a very cool set up, as they passed it over to the brewery and brew staff brought the food to our table. I think eating at either place is an excellent option.
The food was very good overall. I had the Crab roll. These are always small. They stuff crab meat into a bun that has a slit on the top. The crab was very fresh and was a decent about shoved in their. I was extremely satisfied and would not hesitate ordering that again. Another member of our party ordered rockfish bahn mi. That looked like an excellent dish and he loved it. I also ordered the Clam Chowder. If you are expecting a traditional white clam chowder do not order this. It is more a clam soup that is a gray chowder. If that is your style I am sure it is great. I was not a fan. It was a little fishy in my opinion like a seafood chowder. If it were not for the chowder I would have given 5 starts. I felt when ordering it they should at least let you know it is not a white chowder because I was not happy when I saw it, and was less happy trying to eat it. Again, I think if you know what you are getting, it is probably great. A member of my party thought it was good. I can't find the picture, so I must have not snapped it correctly.
Either way. I still recommend Local Tide. If you are a beer drinker sitting at Aslan Brewing may actually be the way to go.

Everything was tasty and well done. I really loved their shrimp toast and would definitely get again. It’s a small restaurant so not a lot of seats. People tend to not linger as long so it’s not a terrible wait for a table. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

I couldn't possibly recommend this place more!!!

Atmosphere, people, and a sandwich to die for!!!!

I am admittedly bias against Seattle and the surrounding areas.
As a N. Idaho guy, you can imagine the city isn't my scene.

If there was a place that completely undermines my biases... it's Local Tide.

The whole family left with nothing but amazing things to say about the people, environment, and oh my... the food!!!

We've already spoken on numerous accounts about making the 7hr trip back, just to snag a sandwich and enjoy the people you'll find in this place!!!

Parking: We had a spicy fish sandwich special and it was absolutely to die for!!!!

Kid-friendliness: Kids adored this place!!!

Don't sleep on this spot. Best fried oysters I've ever had! The smoked salmon belly dip is ridic and the smash burger would be a restaurant unto itself if given the chance.Good local beer from Aslan next door. Excellent and friendly service. Super chill vibes. Thanks so much Nathan I'll be back for the shrimp toast. 6 mf'n stars!
