Long Provincial Vietnamese

This review is mainly about their mind-blowing TRADITIONAL EGG ROLLS. I don't know the proper name but you'll see it on the menu and you must get them. It's not the thick, smooth-skinned wrapper that you may be thinking about. It's light, airy, crispy, and bubbly! The bubbles are the key. And the filling is perfect. They are kinda pricy as I'm used to them as a snack/ take out kind of food but they have restaurant prices. However , They are so good I keep going back for more!

Super tasty and good-sized portions. I decided to swing by and pick up my order after realizing how much food delivery apps take from restaurants! I ordered the rare beef pho, fried pork egg rolls, and the chicken banh mi. I was hesitant adding the banh mi because I wasn't sure a baguette would be worth it/filling. This was the most delicious Vietnamese food I’ve had in a long while. The soup was filling and so perfectly balanced. All of the herbs and garnish were bright and fresh. We also had the lotus salad with grilled chicken and seafood fried rice. Everything was perfect. Please help them get through this tough time. They have outside seating!
