I should of read the reviews before. Same thing happen to me, the charged me a surprisingly 20% charge. 1 large pizza and 4 small soft drinks for $74! Are you kidding me? Pizza was mediocre and they gave you a small cup with no refills. That's a rip off. Would not suggest for anyone to eat from here

Overpriced. 5x7 to-go box of Alfredo fettuccine took up only 1/4 of the box. For about $20, it should have been at least half the box. It's pasta and sauce..come on.. Give a better value and your customers will have a better experience from your place.

The employee was very kind but $30 for 5 mini macaroons, which they said could only be sold in a set of 5, not individually, and a teeny cannoli is outrageous. I also said I only wanted pistachio and they gave me all different flavors.

Secret 20% service charge PLUS tip. Food is okay, and the portions are kids sized. The 20% mandatory service charge (for a non-existent service) and then being presented with the option to tip on top of that ruined the entire experience, total tourist trap.If you need more money then just raise the price of the food instead of these secret service charges, that’s pathetic.Avoid the scummy people and go someplace else.

Tourist trap. I paid over 28 USD for the spaghetti bolognese. While it tasted good (not great), the portions were kid-sized.There is also a forced 20% tip, so be careful you don’t tip even more! There is no indication that there is a 20% tip anywhere, so be careful you don’t double tip.Service was bare-minimum, certainly not warranting a 20% tip. Seating is cramped. You need to ask for water and they give you a tiny plastic cup.TLDR, avoid this tourist trap. The Pink Door, which is an Italian restaurant nearby, is MUCH better in almost every way.

It's another option in the Public Market region if you like Italian food. They serve pizzas and pasta of multiple kinds. The portion is not big and can't be shared. I liked the Carbonara with chicken, although the price was a bit high considering portion and ambiance. Also, it's an option for vegetarian folks.

Went there with my daughter and wife, ordered fettuccini pasta for my daughter and a cheese cake dessert for my wife and myself, total came to around 40.00 dollars. So then I was told I could NOT sit down on there tables to eat since I didn’t meet the 20 dollars minimum per person, that I would have to order more until a purchase of 60 dollars or have the food to go… note that all there tables were empty at the time. We got up and left, horrible customer service. February 18, 2024.
