This my third time in Seattle and all three I’ve stopped at least once to eat here. The Chilaquiles are delicious and the Huarache was delightful. 100/10 would recommend eating here at least once

I stopped at Los Agaves in Pike Place Market and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The chilaquiles were absolutely incredible — the perfect balance of crispy and saucy, with rich flavors that tasted homemade and authentic. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared with care.
The service was just as good as the food. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome even though the market was busy. It’s rare to find a place that combines great food, great atmosphere, and genuinely warm service — but Los Agaves delivers all three.
If you’re at Pike Place Market and craving authentic Mexican food, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Seattle!

I visited Los Agaves and I was really impressed. I ordered a michelada and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced and super refreshing. The atmosphere is very pleasant, great for relaxing and enjoying with friends, and the staff was excellent: friendly, quick, and attentive. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to and highly recommend.
