This my third time in Seattle and all three I’ve stopped at least once to eat here. The Chilaquiles are delicious and the Huarache was delightful. 100/10 would recommend eating here at least once

I stopped at Los Agaves in Pike Place Market and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The chilaquiles were absolutely incredible — the perfect balance of crispy and saucy, with rich flavors that tasted homemade and authentic. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared with care.

The service was just as good as the food. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome even though the market was busy. It’s rare to find a place...
