Delicious, big portions! Very nice staff! Beautiful views from the second floor of Puget Sound and the mountains.

Crab used to be my favorite food, until I had their $40 crab melt... Should've stuck with the free samples in the marketplace.

Ended up at the bar and lucked out with an incredible water view. I ordered the clam chowder and a margarita, and both were absolute winners. The chowder was rich, flavorful, and ridiculously comforting, and the margarita was super refreshing — the perfect pairing. Service was great, super friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the vibe was laid-back, fun, and easygoing. Watching boats float by while enjoying great food and drinks made it feel like the perfect Seattle moment. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you want a relaxed meal with unbeatable views. Can see myself coming back again and again just for this combo of food, drinks, and scenery.

I was really impressed by Lowell's. The food was really good, but the view of the Sound was incredible. I've been here twice, but each time only with one other person, and I will say that it's a fairly crowded joint. I was impressed by how the waiters carried food up the stairs!

Okay but tell me why there was a full-on queue at 8 in the morning?! You already know that means the food is about to be good. I grabbed the vegetable omelet and it did not disappoint. Huge portion, loaded with veggies, perfectly cooked — not dry, not runny, just right. Honestly felt like a homemade breakfast but better. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and I left completely stuffed in the best way. Even with the morning rush, the service was on point. The staff were so cordial and upbeat, like they actually enjoy being there, which makes such a difference. They handled the crowd like pros and still made us feel taken care of. This is the kind of place locals quietly love and visitors stumble upon if they’re lucky. If you’re an early breakfast person, this spot absolutely hits.

Some of the best breakfast we have had in Seattle. Wait staff was friendly and inviting. The cornbread hash was great, and the seasonal vegetable omelet was exceptional. With a table overlooking Elliot bay, it a place worth price.

Had clam chowder, steamed clam, salmon lox and bagel there. All taste amazing! The sauce in the steamed clam is incredible! Definitely will miss it when I leave Seattle. Everything is so fine there, the food, the view, the staffs! Thank you for making my trip to Seattle wonderful!

The food is average, but the service is good and the views of the Seattle Waterfront are amazing.

I came to Lowell’s Restaurant primarily for the views, and in that sense, it delivers; the location is beautiful and hard to beat. The prices are steep, but I understand why. Between tariffs, higher operating costs, and prime waterfront rent, the pricing feels high but reflective of their overhead, not arbitrary.

Unfortunately, the food execution didn’t match the price point. I ordered the eggs benedict. The hollandaise itself was great, and I appreciated the different base instead of the usual English muffin, but the rest of the dish was poorly done. The hash browns were practically raw and cold, the eggs weren’t cooked the way I asked, the bread tasted stale, and the bacon was cooked to an inedible crisp.

Service also fell short. Our server, Kyle P., was very spacey - slow to refill water, slow to bring utensils, and unsure about basic menu items and availability. I asked whether he was new so I could give more grace, but he said he’d been there for awhile, which made the lack of familiarity more frustrating. The food did come out quickly, but attentiveness and follow-through were missing.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re specifically after the views, or if neighboring restaurants are closed. As a dining experience alone, it doesn’t do the customer justice.

I always have a great experience here and today was no exception. The crab Benedict was so, SO good. The view was great, it was quiet upstairs which was nice!
