Solid lox sandwich, but not sure if it's $18 good. Maybe that's just the way of the world at this point. I'm originally from the Northeast (upper right) where good bagels are ubiquitous. I do have to say that these bagels are very good. Pricey, but good. The guy working the window seemed like he might be serving a community service sentence, or perhaps he was just hung over. But I was there for the product, not the service, so I won't ding them for the aloofness. (The person working the donut window next door was lovely and politely pointed me in the right direction, since the bagel window isn't as obvious.) Would I go back? Maybe. But at this price, these bagels seem more like a high end treat than a regular occurrence. Check it out for yourself. I didn't think you'll be disappointed.

Ordered a lox bagel and a breakfast bagel. Both were extremely salty. I was really looking forward to these bagels, super disappointed.

$18 for a bagel with lox and cream cheese is straight up robbery, even if it was pretty good and filling. That's a no from me dawg

These really are the best bagels in Seattle. Crunchy on the outside, soft and not too chewy on the inside. However, the place is very inconsistent. I used DoorDash to order an egg and cheese bagel and half dozen. It didn’t take long, but the egg and cheese was cold, also there’s no way to let Loxsmith know which kind of bagel you would like. For the half dozen bagels, the order didn’t come with the kind of bagels I ordered. They also didn’t include the cream cheese, which DoorDash refunded me for. Anyway, this place has amazing potential, but I’m not so convinced after reading some of the other reviews about pre ordering and consistency.
best bagel i’ve had yet in seattle, very competitive prices for the quality of bagel and add-ons. service is on par with what you would want with a walk-up window bagel joint, lines up with the culture 🤌
scallion cream cheese on everything, perfection

Visiting from Texas and had to stop at Loxsmith for the Dinomite, Loxsmith, and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. All fabulous.

ordered a $14 Too Good to Go bag and received only $25 of menu item value instead of the $42 of value I paid for. For too good to go customers, this store is using the app as a scam to try to sell old food for a tiny discount, and NOT using it as a way to reduce food waste and provide value to the customers.
The food was good, but their scammy use of the too good to go app is shameful.

Loxsmith is hands down the best bagel place in SEA. I've been here dozens of times and always had a good experience! Delicious bagels, the best lox in the PNW. Surprisingly tasty coffee!!

Amazing lox bagel and great service! We don’t understand the bad reviews. My husband is accustom to NYC bagels and said he loved it.
Bagels are great, but their online ordering system is broken and often does not reflect inventory. Have had multiple times where I've placed an online order, had it confirmed, driven to pick it up and when I get there they're sold out and have to refund my order.

It’s a real shame when great food get let down by bad / sloppy service. I really want to support local places, but stuff like this makes it difficult.
Multiple times (online at first) so then I tried in person that I’ve ordered my bagels toasted (an explicit option they provide online) and my order has been messed up. I recently went in person rather than order in advance even though you have to wait a little longer I though better safe than sorry, stated toasted, got a receipt, saw it said toasted on it, and then when my order was ready, I got back to my car and realized they were cold, and I went back and said “have these been toasted?” and the server said “oh you wanted them toasted, sure”.. they were the person that took / entered my order and marked them as toasted. I then had to wait another 5 mins for my order to be ready.

This place would be great if they got their act together. I’ve been no less than 3 times and had my order messed up or not available. This morning, I showed up to find out the plain bagels I pre-ordered the night before were unavailable. If you make your customers pre-order, you should be able to tell them before they leave to pick them up if they’re not available. Completely unacceptable and not the first time it’s happened. Luckily the delicious donut spot is next door and much friendlier service.
