The definition of 5 stars! Lucky’s Pho has an absolutely fantastic atmosphere with lovely staff , and not to mention delicious food and drinks from the Japanese Yuzu Honey Tea to the Chicken Bahn Mi. Shoutout Lina she is excellent.

I’ve been coming to Lucky’s for several years now, and I can safely say that it is the best pho in Seattle! I’ve taken several people here too, one of which whom doesn’t particularly love pho, and it has their seal of approval 🥇
Lucky’s had some issues with Clover points I believe last year, and I didn’t realize because I was unable to go as often as I would’ve liked. I recently went, and found that all my points were gone and brought it up to the cashier. She was extremely kind and made it a point to get my contact information so the manager of the restaurant could reach out to me. The manager then contacted me, and took the time to manually add a good amount of my points back. I was so pleasantly surprised and moved at how much a restaurant took the time and attention to detail to make sure that a customer was taken care of, and it just goes to show how much they value their customers and community. I am even more of a die-hard Lucky’s fan now! Best customer service ever, and best pho ever!!! 😊🍜

We lived in Seattle for 2.5 years before moving away, but this was our first stop after coming back for a visit (literally right off the plane). Great prices, even better food, and located right in the super cool Fremont neighborhood. Would fly across the country again to eat here
OMG! All the bean sprouts and basil you care to eat!! I always wish I had more of these veggie toppers, and here my wish has come true! Fast, friendly, delicious, and oh so generous! I paid an extra $2 for the large bowl, and went from very hungry to over-full. So many noodles! Love it. And get this- their generosity even extends to the rest room, in which one will find 9 tp dispensers to choose from, and half a gallon of hand soap just to be sure the customer is always satisfied. These folks are really looking out for you. I’ll be back! ❤️ Just one negative: you won’t be so lucky with the parking. Pho’gettaboutit
