Solid Filipino spot that definitely doesn’t skimp on the rice. Everything I ordered reminded me of the Philippines! I got the combo silog, love the regular longganisa and the Ilocano longganisa. Lumpia is crispy good! The ube pancakes are a must!!! kalamansi juice is refreshing!

There’s literally a line down the block waiting to get in for breakfast. 🍳

Worth it. Had heard that they typically have a bit of a wait so got here right at opening and we're the second group to be seated.

Be ready to order when you get to the register, they take your order before seating you. Food was excellent, I had a standard American style breakfast and the Ube pancake, at our table there was a type of Filipino breakfast sampler that got rave reviews from our friends.

Final thought, best breakfast potatoes I've had in The Washington.

The wait was very long, even though the line was not (maybe one party ahead of me), and you order at the front desk and pay in advance. Ultimately the breakfast I had was good, but might not go back if there's another line.

I had ube pancake before but this is the best one yet! It’s perfectly moist and good vibes in the restaurant. The breakfast food is good too!! Would go again despite the wait lol

Authentic Filipino food at Ludi's. Cozy vibes inside and the food was comforting.

I got the combo-silog with garlic rice. The porkchop was just okay, but the 2 longanisas more than made up for it. Super flavorful and paired well with the garlic rice. We also ordered a stack of ube pancakes, which are only available on weekends, they were absolutely delicious.

The ube pancakes are indeed delicious, but i had to pull a long curly hair out of my mouth that had been baked into them. The soup special was clearly leftovers, the eggplant barely cooked, the prawns mealy. As I got up to leave my half eaten food behind I saw a roach skitter across the next table. Not the best!

Holy moly! If you get the chance to eat here, do it! Usually in my world, phone eats first but in this case everything looked and tasted so delicious, I forgot to snap a picture. Will definitely eat here every time I'm in town.

Went in early at 7:30 a.m. on a rainy Sunday and lucked out with no wait, which is rare since there’s usually a long line. Ordering and paying happens before you’re seated, so it helps to check the menu ahead of time or while waiting.

Tried the ube pancake, veggie scramble with diced potatoes, lilikoi iced tea, and hot chocolate. The ube pancake wasn’t overly sweet, and the potatoes were nicely cooked and flavorful. Prices are a bit on the higher side and some items feel a little overhyped, but the experience makes up for it.

The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Uncle Greg greeted us with a warm smile, shared some of the restaurant’s history, and you can really feel the deep historic connection to the place.
