We were walking around to find any place for breakfast bit there was not a place without a line so we decided to jump on this one. We waited almost a hour which was aggravating at the time but once we got the food I understand why there was a wait. This food was excellent. Honestly my bacon egg and cheese sandwich was one of the best I ever had and my wife's egg and ham omelet with potatoes was incredible. The portions here are big and The Filipino bacon is also a have to have. It is so cool to eat in a local place that a family has ran since the 30s. The inside has all the history.

Ludi's was the best breakfast my husband and I had in our week in Seattle! Was so delicious we went 3 times--and I would absolutely go back. As a Filipina living in NYC it has been so tough finding authentic Filipino food in any area so visiting ludi's in Seattle was an absolute treat. The lumpia was as yummy as what my grandma used to make and the atmosphere and staff were so cozy and welcoming! The ube pancakes were absolutely to die for and I am going to be dreaming about them until we come back.
Definitely make sure to get there early--they don't take reservations and there is almost always a line. The line moves super fast though and the food is beyond worth the wait and at a very reasonable price so you won't be disappointed! I cannot recommend enough. Also hot tip--go Fri-Sun (those are the only dates you can get the ube pancakes and I promise you want them!).

We came to Ludi’s on 09/16 and didn’t know our Tito had his very own day. We were very lucky to be there to witness this. The food was amazing. Our experience as well. We enjoyed his conversations and loved to hear his story of how Ludi’s came to fruition. We love you all the way from Virginia Beach!

If you grew up in the Philippines, visited, or ever stepped into a Filipino home, you know what genuine hospitality feels like. While waiting in line for breakfast, the owner handed out pork belly samples—just enough to spark your appetite for their delicious ube fluffy pancakes and savory breakfast combo. Truly a delight. A must try.

Stopping in for breakfast before our flight home to Ohio. This was the most delicious breakfast we’ve had and we left full with happy bellies. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the atmosphere was homey. 🥰 10000% recommend and we will be back when in town.

Ludi’s isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a place to experience food. Bring a friend, and come hungry. Don’t be turned off with the wait to get in….there’s a reason for it, worth it.

I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars! The line is long but 100% worth the wait. The food is absolutely amazing but the service is what makes it so incredible! The family is so sweet and caring I didn’t want to leave! We will be coming back every time we make a trip to Seattle. Get the ube pancakes!!!

Ludi’s absolutely blew me away. Even while waiting in line on a chilly morning, they handed out hot chocolate to everyone—such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the whole visit.
The food, the vibe, the history, the hype… it’s all real, and it’s all incredible. The owner even came by to chat, we took a photo together, and gave me his number so we could stay in touch. That level of warmth and hospitality is rare, and it made my day unforgettable.
I can’t recommend Ludi’s enough—this is a must-visit spot in Seattle. Just wow. Thank you!
