I was lied to by the Asian male cashier ; he lied and told me he could not heat my muffin they don’t heat muffins and when I returned to the establishment today, I was informed that was a lie. Bias and racist customer service representatives like him give Washington companies a bad name. I will be complaining to corporate, if he doesn’t want to interact with black customers he should find another job.

Delicious but just impossibly slow. Don't come here on a lunch break or any scenario where you have any kind of timeframe, I've been here twice on lunch and both times I've contemplated asking to cancel my order because it had been so long. One of the times there were only like 2 people ahead of me too. Do come here if you're planning to be here a long time, like meeting a friend or studying or something because the waffles are delicious.

Love the food. Seating is limited. The board games have definitely seen better days — they’re not as well looked after as they used to be. A bit of maintenance or replacement would really improve the vibe.

The food was amazing, and the place was clean.
We will go back again.

Love this place, always helping with my sweet cravings. I am a huge fan of the strawberry Dubai chocolate and it’s hard not going there every day to have it. The place is cute, not a lot of seating but it’s well maintained and has a good atmosphere.

The place is well decorated and it has great games , however , their desserts are overpriced, and the quality is not as good as they show it on social media / menu photos. My burrito was $17 and the size was not what I was expecting. It was small, thin, and they didn’t use Nutella. They used a different type of chocolate and it was all melted ( not like the picture)

The pistachio crepe was so, so delicious!! We walked here after dinner and it was incredible. The strawberry shake was also very tasty.

We came here after seeing a social media post. I came with 2 other women. For some reason when my friend asked for help with the payment, the staff was rude. When we got our 3 desserts, 2 drinks, and sandwich for $75, we asked for my utensils since they were out. After a few minutes I had to ask again so we could eat our food and the lady was so passive behind the counter. Such an unfriendly staff. We will not be returning or recommending this place. Food was very mid as well.

The decor is indeed really nice. The food has an exaggerated sweetness. I was only here once, but based on my Pistachio Crepe, the menu and the other dishes I saw, I suspect the other dishes and drinks are likewise sugary. If you like that kind of stuff this place is probably for you. For those of us who like to taste things besides the sweeteners, we are better off elsewhere. I would have liked to taste some pistachios in my Pistachio Crepe.
