My experience with block training was great. My goal was to ride through the heart of te Pyrenees from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean in less than 100 hours. Todd and I started with NSYCD measurements to assess power and then worked out a training and on-bike eating/hydration plan to build me up over a period of months to peak for the event. Needless to say, I had a great ride.

I've been training with the Team this year and while challenging, has made me better. Lastly the mechanic is top notch and my bikes are always running perfect. These guys knock it out of the park with their customer service. I ordered a cycling computer online and it was missing a minor component. I sent one email and they immediately responded, apologized, and sent a replacement which included a pound of coffee (worth more than the missing mount) and some other swag! Thanks! You'll be my go to bike shop!
I ordered some Q36.5 products on clearance and the shipping was free, fast, and very convenient. All of the products were packed well and in perfect condition. I will definitely be shopping with Metier again and will recommend it to friends.
