this place legit needs to figure out their staffing issues. other locations are always solid but this one seems uniquely terrible in terms of food quality and service.

Delish! Definitely better than Dave's. One of the few places with vegan ranch that is actually good! I love how you don't need to interact with anyone either!

I ordered the chicken sandwich and it came out without the chicken and cold buns. All good, I am sure it was a mistake. I go back to ask for the sandwich and then they took back my bun and after checking it out they put a chicken tender in there. A SINGLE chicken tender. This was a $15 sandwich. And then when I went BACK and asked for a refund they said it was not a chicken tender it was a chicken breast. Picture will show that was not true. The cook said he would remake the sandwich and it would take 10-15 minutes. After 45 minutes I get a notification that my order was refunded and I never received the sandwich. Will not be returning.

The chicken sandwich has decent flavor but I don't think it was fresh. If fresh and hot this would be a 4/5. I like the pickles and the Kewpie Mayo.
There is no service so to speak, you just order at a kiosk and get a text when your order is ready. It's placed on a rack by the kiosk. Still prompts you for a tip though, wild stuff.
The bar/restaurant that Ma'ona is in, is a nice place to be however.

They literally took so long to make my food that door dash cancelled my order after the driver waited for over an hour for my food to be done.

One employee works here in the back. A touch screen takes your order. It took more than an hour to get our food, despite Rachel’s being nearly empty. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed on multiple counts.
