They literally took so long to make my food that door dash cancelled my order after the driver waited for over an hour for my food to be done.

One employee works here in the back. A touch screen takes your order. It took more than an hour to get our food, despite Rachel’s being nearly empty. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed on multiple counts.
Sandwiches and fries were served cold, we came in at about 3:30pm on a Saturday, the dining room was not busy so there’s really no excuse to serve cold food. Flavor was good but the chicken was over cooked imo and I just can’t get over it being served cold.

The chicken is really good but sometimes a bit too salty. Their sides definitely need work, the cucumber salad is good but besides that all of the other sides are either sold out or taste off.

A bit hard to find if you don't know it's insider Rachel's Ginger Beer, but I've had it twice now and love the flavor. I saw another review stating this was likely the best fried chicken sandwich in Seattle and I think I agree. I can't think of another place I'd rather go for when I'm craving it.This is a great quick bite option, with food prepared relatively quickly. Will be coming again and again to satisfy the lunch craving.

Had to try the crispy chicken sandwich. I got the medium heat. Was crispy and delicious. Definitely worth it.
