I love this bakery and how convenient the location is near 1st street. My only gripe is when I ask for my pastry to be warmed up it’s still cold in the center. This has happened to me twice now. & I can’t ask them to heat it longer since I’ve already touched it that’s gross. No one wants a sticky bun that’s cold in the center.
I am a macrina bread loaf fan club member, obsessed with the Skagit Soudour. Customer service is always pleasant and quick as possible. I think they have a versatile selection of pastries, and I enjoy the take and bake options as well. I'm a huge fan of the pecan sticky buns.
The coffee and Matcha are both excellent. They had a vegan pumpkin scone that was just soft and tasted great. The salted bagel with jam was also good.
They had an oat raspberry scone and a chocolate cookie that was vegan as well.
