Asked for a slice at 3 pm and they said they’re out of slices, like they just make a set amount and don’t make more if they run out. What a joke.

I checked Mad Pizza on Madison today for lunch and I ended up having 2 slices of delicious pizza and a guava-flavored drink for like $17 with tip included! It was a very nice experience overall. Nice food and nice people, too. I will be coming back!

Grub hub completely screwed up my order. When it arrived they grabbed the wrong order. They asked me the code before I got the order to confirm it was me and then handed me $20 dollars worth of food I did not order. My order was $90 with tip and fees. Grub hub refused to reimburse me as I gave the code the driver asked for before he handed me the wrong order. I did not except the food and the driver left. I called Mad Pizza and let them know what happened and I probably not in the best mood when I called and I apologize for that if so. They were super nice and cooked the right order again and delivered it themselves. I highly recommend this place in the future.

I used to work here and it used to be AWESOME, I literally still think about the salad… went there on lunch 10 years later and the new management obviously doesn’t take pride in their food or service. Very disappointing, food was cafeteria level.

Ordered a few pizzas with Uber Eats. The dough was undercooked. It wasn’t safe to eat. Do not recommend this place!!!

Worst disgusting pizza I ever had in my life. The pizza is falling apart. The white sauce is very disgusting. They put too much white sauce it taste like mayonnaise it makes me wanna puke. Do not order from there. Their website doesn’t even work. They got no phone number on Google. They need to be shut down.

I recently went to buy a pizza for my children and the short girl was eating with gloves near the preparation area, that is unhealthy. They should be more careful with the preparation of food, it can make someone sick, and they should also be more orderly. I'm sorry but I do not recommend them.
They should change the name to 'Gross and Crazy Owner Pizza'. The owner is super rude and wouldn't explain why my order took 30 mins more than what it was promised. The owner came out and didn't care why I was not happy.

The first time I came the cook saw me and when I said hello, he looked at me then turn his back to me, so I walked out. That was a few weeks ago and I figured I should give the place a second chance. I ordered online and went in to pick up my order and waited while it was finishing. As I was looking around I heard him sneeze which happened while he was packing up wings. He also kept wiping his hands on his pant then touch someone pizza. As for my order. I ordered wings, which were flavorless and undercooked and a Detroit style pizza which was just round pizzas folded up. It was also undercooked.

Unfriendly service. The place appears to be running to the ground. The only menu visable with actual pizzas was torn up and taped by the checkout. Couldn't find a pizza that had any sort of red sauce base. We ordered some wings and they were decent but expensive for what you got. No cups. Drink dispenser was almost completely in disrepair.

I had just had my baby at Swedish and they wouldn't let me out of the building to get food (because someone would have to watch the baby). Anyways, it was right before they were closing and they brought the food to me. We had trouble meeting at an entrance since there are so many, but eventually after 15min of trying to find each other, we were able to connect.
It was well past closing time and yet the staff was still very kind and patient with me. The pizza was delicious and salad great too!!
I then came back to buy a 2nd pizza to take home when I left the hospital. I ended up sharing with my landlord and neighbors. They all texted me or through passing by asked me where the pizza was from. BECAUSE IT WAS SOOO GOOD!!! Made me happy to tell them. Now they both go to Mad Pizza when they're in Seattle area.
That alone should speak high volumes about this restaurant.
