The manager Sam went above and beyond to fix an error made by third party delivery service Uber. My order for a work meeting was dropped off somewhere else, the driver ignored my calls and Sam did everything he could to fix it. Uber was zero help but thanks Sam for taking care of us! I so appreciate you.
I checked Mad Pizza on Madison today for lunch and I ended up having 2 slices of delicious pizza and a guava-flavored drink for like $17 with tip included! It was a very nice experience overall. Nice food and nice people, too. I will be coming back!
Grub hub completely screwed up my order. When it arrived they grabbed the wrong order. They asked me the code before I got the order to confirm it was me and then handed me $20 dollars worth of food I did not order. My order was $90 with tip and fees. Grub hub refused to reimburse me as I gave the code the driver asked for before he handed me the wrong order. I did not except the food and the driver left.
