While the vibes here are spot on, the coffee was not. It tasted like Starbucks and I don’t mean that in a nice way unfortunately. The coffee was acidic to a fault and the milk was not adequately steamed so I walked out with a tepid subpar vanilla latte. I won’t be returning with the excellent coffee choices all around here.

Mist delicious coffee. Great service. Great if at the convention center for a meeting.

Very tasty cocoa, friendly and professional staff. A bit expensive and rather small seating area.Dietary restrictions: They have multiple dairy substitutes. Oat milk cocoa was quite tasty.

Terrible customer service. I was standing at the register for about 5 minutes before even being acknowledged, while the barista was cleaning machines. When I tried pay, I asked her if the card machine was working as the screen was not lit up and she became snarky towards before she finally activated it on her computer. Coffee was very mediocre, the service made it worse.

Barista is a thinner woman with silver hair who is berating every customer who walks up. So far, she has yelled at 4/4 customers: First when I arrived, she stood and shouted and glared at customers for 2 minutes because no one picked up a small vanilla latte instantly, repeatedly shouting 'why order this if you're not going to pick it up.' The man in the bathroom came a few minutes later to pick it up... Every customer at the table by the coffee shop is looking at each other talking about how abrasive and rude ("what the hell is wrong with her?") she has been. When I approached to order, I asked for a latte with toasted marshmallow flavor. She rung it up and instantly asked for credit card and walked away. When I asked her to charge it to my room, she rolled her eyes and yelled "why didn't you say that?" I gave her my room number and she said "I NEED YOU TO STOP TALKING. STEP ASIDE." When the two French gentlemen after me came and asked for a croissant, she had a 60 second back and forth berating them for not pointing correctly to the right croissant and having a language barrier. "YOU NEED TO POINT CORRECTLY AT WHAT YOU WANTED - WHY DO I NEED TO EXPLAIN THIS. HAVE YOU EVER POINTED BEFORE? DO YOU KNOW HOW TO POINT?" She then put the croissant into the paper bag and then slammed it on the counter. The two French gentlemen looked at each other confused. My coffee arrived seconds later, and she did not announce it at all or clarify who it was for, and so one of the French gentlemen picked it up and drank it. When I asked her what happened to my coffee, she yelled at me for not picking it up immediately (mistaking me for the man who ordered the small vanilla latte). I clarified that indeed that was not my order and asked her if she was okay as she had berated every single customer who walked up, and told her every single person was talking about her hostile attitude. Acting bewildered and victimized, she threw her hands up and said "I HAVE NOT BEEN MEAN TO ANYONE AND THAT WAS YOUR COFFEE." Unlike everyone else she tried to dominate, I matched her energy and said, "You have been a j*** to and berated every single person who has walked up here and I just want to know if you're okay." After yelling at me for about 10 seconds she took offense and snapped at me and rudely told me to leave. I told her I would either like my coffee, or to talk to Hotel / store management and started to walk away, to which she begrudgingly told me "WHAT DID YOU WANT THEN?". Right now there are 8 customers sitting at the table giving each other wide-eyes and asking each other "what the hell is her problem? Is she hungover?" After I told her I'd be discussing this with Hotel staff and posting a review, I went to sit in the lobby. She came over 20 minutes later to "apologize for her behavior" which was just an attempt to not get me to say anything to staff for her behavior. I told her I'd posted a review as this was a horrible experience to which she said "WOW, WOW, REALLY?!" and walked behind the front desk, assumedly to do damage control. I've had coffee every day for 4 days and the rest of the staff has been so kind and fun in the morning. Not sure if it's just a bad day or if this is her normal personality, but it is at odds with the environment one looks for at 7 am. Just check the security cameras I'm sure you have. Occurred at ~8am Saturday Oct 29. Not a good look.

I loved this spot even though it was at the bottom of a hotel. It was so simple and the staff were AMAZING, super kind, super sweet and loved chatting with them.I got a matcha latte and it was very tasty. The downside is they didn’t have plugs for computers but I get it. I still had a lovely time.

A quick and easy coffee shop if you’re in a rush. However, with so many other coffee options, I’d recommend checking other places out first.

Service was fine, as expected. The coffee is basic, so if that’s what you normally drink, you’ll be fine and rate a 5 star. But if you love great coffee, Anchorhead around the corner is for you. No complaints here, just the level is not my level of coffee. No matter what, enjoy….
Been wanting to try this place for a while. It's inside Hotel Theodore and is a smaller space than I expected. Hazelnut latte was not bad, would recommend if you're around the area!

Avoid this coffee shop. This coffee shop is inside the Hotel Theodore. First morning we went and everything was great. Following day we went because it’s as the same barista with salt & pepper hair, she got flustered when I ordered 4 lattes. Then she was touching the pastries with her bare hands, after touching the register & dirty plates from other customers. She seemed short tempered and not able to handle multiple drink orders. Then she rang us up incorrectly and when I mentioned that the total doesn’t add up her response was “I have a line” customer service was definitely not there and after her touching the food with her bare hands that was the last straw. In addition when I was stating how much syrup I wanted in my lattes she responded with I don’t care I will just make it sweet. She also touch’s the inside of the coffee cups with her hands. It’s pretty disgusting. The hotel needs to retrain her or replace her. She should not be servicing the public with the lack of proper food/beverage handling.

Located inside Hotel Theodore. This coffee spot offers a standard menu. Quick friendly service. Chai latte was delicious. Husband enjoyed Vanilla latte. Great to have in your hotel lobby.

it was nice to have a decent coffee shop right in the hotel (Hotel Theodore). They opened at 7 am and were putting pastries from a local bakery in their display case that looked good, but I did not try them. My mocha was good.
