They have a QR code on the menu asking for 5 star review and giving you a free drink. We ordered two entrees, one pho, one vermicelli bowl. It took over 30 minutes after we ordered for the food to arrive. Spring roll as appetizer took 25 minutes. Two tables that ordered after us got their pho a lot sooner than us. Nobody checked on us or updated us on why the food wasn’t coming yet. Every time I considered asking, the waitress is actually running past us. Not sure why she is always running. The vermicelli was overcooked and soggy, small portion in a huge bowl. Pho was decent sized, tasted very mid. Would not recommend at all. Would normally give three stars but took one off for the long wait.

You're missing out if you haven't tried their #26 Bun Bo color! When the chunky beef falls off the bone and gives me a mouthful sensation, it instantly makes me feel better. Furthermore, the soup is more nuanced than ordinary pho broth! Bun Bo Hue's broth has a diverse taste profile that includes umami from the ocean, a hint of sourness, pepperiness, and spice. The rice noodles are incredibly slurpable and smooth! I drank everything from the dish and ate everything. Bonus: the house salad with shrimp tastes fantastic as well; it's sweet without being overly so, and it leaves a perfectly balanced spicy aftertaste.

My husband had pho and I had short ribs. Both were phenomenal. The flavor so good!! The pho broth was the most flavorful I’ve ever had and the short ribs had the perfect amount of lemon grass. I highly recommend and will be back.

Best pho spot in south Seattle hands down. Also one of the best around. Definitely worth it, without a doubt.
