You're missing out if you haven't tried their #26 Bun Bo color! When the chunky beef falls off the bone and gives me a mouthful sensation, it instantly makes me feel better. Furthermore, the soup is more nuanced than ordinary pho broth! Bun Bo Hue's broth has a diverse taste profile that includes umami from the ocean, a hint of sourness, pepperiness, and spice. The rice noodles are incredibly slurpable and smooth! I drank everything from the dish and ate everything....
My husband had pho and I had short ribs. Both were phenomenal. The flavor so good!! The pho broth was the most flavorful I’ve ever had and the short ribs had the perfect amount of lemon grass. I highly recommend and will be back.
Easily our favorite Pho place. And a better value than comparable options too. We got takeout and they were very fast, to the point where I think next time I'll just head over for pickup immediately and see how it goes. I'm not usually one for ribs but I tried the short ribs from my wife's shortrib pho and they were excellent. I got Pho Bo and it was great.
