My husband had pho and I had short ribs. Both were phenomenal. The flavor so good!! The pho broth was the most flavorful I’ve ever had and the short ribs had the perfect amount of lemon grass. I highly recommend and will be back.
Easily our favorite Pho place. And a better value than comparable options too. We got takeout and they were very fast, to the point where I think next time I'll just head over for pickup immediately and see how it goes. I'm not usually one for ribs but I tried the short ribs from my wife's shortrib pho and they were excellent. I got Pho Bo and it was great. Oh my what an experience! Although the service and atmosphere were outstanding, the food was particularly memorable. I had the combination Pho, my wife the veggie with tofu. The flavor and quality of mine was insanely good, best I've ever had. I mean, this soup was making me emotional, it nourished my soul and left me feeling warm and safe. To call it soup is an insult.
