It looked promising, but the ($25?) burger was bland and greasy (cooked in tallow seems odd) and the $2 add on kale caesar was pretty bad. Stale croutons, old curly kale, and a weird dressing that was not caesar. Brioche bun was nice though. We had no drinks. Service was great. It was a nice space but can't recommend the food.

Love this neighborhood joint where the food is surprisingly good. Try the pork sandwich, pretzel, and wings.

The atmosphere is definitely not my favorite … but I am always happy to go.

As someone new to Magnolia, I wanted to give the local spots a fair chance. Unfortunately, Magnolia Pub was a disappointment.
The menu was uninspired—generic pub food with no creativity. And can someone explain why they’re calling sandwiches “Sammiches”? That comes across less as charming and more as a lazy gimmick.
Prices are completely out of touch and outrageous. Six wings for $16? That’s absurd. Six wings for $16 is laughable, especially when one of Seattle’s top wing spots charges only $10 for the same portion. I skipped the wings and opted for the $25 burger. That's right. $25. For a burger. What arrived was a mediocre burger, a handful of fries, and a pint of beer that didn’t justify the inflated price tag of $12.
By the time the bill came, the damage was nearly $50 after tip—for one burger and one beer. Let that sink in: $50 for a burger and beer.
After seeing the inflated online ratings, I can’t help but wonder if some of those glowing reviews are more marketing than reality. Magnolia deserves better than this overpriced, underwhelming pub. The drive to Ballard or Queen Anne suddenly doesn't seem so bad.

The food is excellent. I would say that anyplace in the airport are going to have airport prices, so for what we got WE WILL EAT HERE AGAIN.

The food was top notch, every thing we ordered was delicious but the lamb burger was incredible.

Food was good, but the service made up to give a poor review.

This was my second time visiting this establishment. The first time was a year or so ago and I was pretty unimpressed, but figured I would give it another shot, as my options were limited tonight.
Came in at about 9:30 on a Friday night hoping to get a beer and some dinner after a long night at work. The place is only about 1/3 full, a few tables and a couple people sitting at the bar. I sit down at the bar, and probably waited five full minutes before anyone addressed me, even though both bartenders looked right at me when I sat down.

Finally was able to get a beer, and she clearly did not know how to pour one. Ended up with an entire glass of foam, and she kept dumping it all down the drain.
Once she was actually able to pour a beer for me, it was not very cold, and pretty flat. I had to ask for a menu as she didn’t offer one, and after seeing the pretty high price prices for basic bar food, decided to just bail on the whole visit.
The experience was a complete bust, and I can’t imagine myself giving them a third try. Which is too bad really, as it’s very close to my house and has a nice atmosphere inside. I wish the service could even partially live up.

Went for a toddler birthday party! Main concern was afterwards, I was charged 41% tips, I called twice to clarify. The bartender (Daniel?) said he was busy and will call back twice, but never did. Not the way to treat customers!

This vintage pub in the heart of Magnolia is a gem. It’s in a super walkable spot, and the classic pub food really hit the spot. The service was on point, and the bar was well-stocked, especially with a great selection of IPAs. Plus, there are plenty of TVs for catching the news or a game.
