I have always loved your food but yesterday I ordered the gnocchi and it was too saucy and too much cheese. I ate very little and told the waiter about it. I was hoping they would offer to bring something else, but they did not, I will return, but not order the gnocchi.

Antipasto was right out of either cans or jars, not fresh. My posts dish was
Drowned in butter. Seating chair was harder than boulder. The noise was so laid that I felt as though I was in sporting event. Not worth the price!
A birthday dinner with family and we were treated as royalty. The menu was inviting, service attentive and our food choices were delicious. We will be back. Thank you.
This is a very good Italian restaurant with a wide variety of options and a pleasant ambiance. The prices are a bit high but the food, drinks and service are very good.
When I made the reservation I indicated 'celebrating a birthday'. No acknowledgement by staff at any time even after I reminded them. Server was overly talkative. I think he thought he was funny but it was off-putting. He forgot many things and assumed we did not want dessert. He seemed surprised and was a bit sarcastic upon being informed that the female member of the party would taste and accept the wine. I asked for an ice bucket for the wine - he brought a bucket of ice water so the bottle was 'floating' - really bad form. He was very off putting.
Went with 7 tennis buds. We were seated at round table which was perfect for group conversation. We had a great time and the food, beverages and service was outstanding.
Mamma Melina's is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating in the summer. In addition there is free underground parking.
Best carbonara that I had in a couple of years.
Good service and ambiance.
If you are looking for a good quality restaurant, this is the place.
Also the montepulciano house wine was AMAZINNNNG 😁
Thank you Troy, perfect service 👍

We had another excellent dinner with both of us having the black cod special. Great waitress who was attentive despite a jammed packed restaurant.

Our favorite spot near Ravenna park. We have been there many times when visiting Seattle.

The food was wonderful but it was made even better by the excellent service, beautiful atmosphere and calm ambiance.
Food and service excellent and ambiance was on point. The staff were incredibly gracious and generous. We got stuck in terrible traffic and were 30mins late. Their customer service was excellent. I couldn't be happier!
We have been fans of Mama Melina for years. We've been going a few times a year since they opened. It is one of the only "nice" restaurants in the University Village area and it is a go-to for happy hour (the best - but limited space in the small bar area), casual date nights on the patio, and when we dine with couples. The service is terrific and I've seen some of the same staff for years - a good sign of a well-run restaurant. It is noisy spot because of the high ceilings and general merriment of the diners. We love their focaccia. It's tough not to fill up before our mains arrive. The downside of our recent dinner at MM is that the prices, like all restaurants have gone up. What used to be a $40-$60 pp dining experience was, last night, a $100 pp dinner (4 people). This includes a modestly priced bottle of Chianti. I was disappointed by my typically delicious chicken, which I have ordered since they put it on the menu. Last night, the side vegetables were overcooked, there was a lot less chicken on the plate (they even seemed to have reduced the plate size to give it the illusion of more). Everyone else had pasta meals and they were terrific, so from now on - just pasta or pizza for me. I will still be a consistent visitor, but with the knowledge that it is more of a splurge these days.
