Came in with a group and we ordered one of everything on the menu. Everything was delicious and well seasoned. Portions were solid

$14 for a bowl similar in size to Chipotle but much better flavor, ingredients, nutrition, and variety
Could do with more rice base for filling but the food is balanced
Recommend the chicken and chickpeas and all the veggies

Terrible & overprice bowl. Lamp and veggies are just bad… what a waste of money and calories
A terrible disappointment. I went during lunch time. The bowls are super small for the price and the food quality is not good. The texture of the bowl is very wet and sour. It was $15 for half a chipotle sized bowl. The hummus was ok, the chicken was too wet and the rice was tasteless.
The tables are also very spaced apart and the atmosphere feels clinical. It was not very busy yet the person still made a mistake on my order and I had to correct them. The order also took too long for zero line wait.
After eating my stomach was also not feeling well as well. Overall, a place to skip.

Ordered a bowl with cauliflower al pastor and french lentils as the protein. The bowl came with everything but the proteins. It’s made in the same way a chipotle bowl is made but you order on a screen, not sure how you can forgot the main part of a bowl.

Incredibly delicious Middle Eastern bowls with great vegan options. I recommend the lentils, they’re so flavorful!

manna is a great spot in SLU for arabic flavors and besides hot food, it also has amazing bakery items.food was great. for the money, i would’ve wanted a slightly bigger portion size, but i think the flavor and taste compensates for that. i got the street bowl with falafel, chicken, hummus, bread, pickled veggies and hot sauce. all the components went amazing with each other. chicken was perfect, not dry at all. the falafel is amazing, with a crisp crust and soft inside. hummus is nice and smooth. warmer bread could’ve been nice imo, but its very good right now too. i have tried a lamb shawarmini in the past too and i really liked it. in terms of bakery/pastry, the raspberry danish, the mama cookie and the tahini swirl cookies are amazing. cookies were soft, chunky with nice flaky salt on top. the danish however stood out to me the most. i’ve never had a danish so nice, flaky and flavorful. the raspberry was perfect, not too overpowering. the crumble on top makes it perfect.the service was general. i was served fast and the man at the counter was polite and friendly.the atmosphere is a corporate/casual mix. the colors are dark and subtle but the music is casual. it has a sit-down vibe but sells upscale street food.overall, manna is an amazing find for a quick takeout or a sit-down lunch. it’s in the center of SLU and there’s a lot of competition around, but manna holds it’s own with it’s nice, arabic flavors and absolutely amazing bakery items. i can see myself coming here as a usual throughout the week. i would recommend manna to locals and people working around SLU.

Parking: located in middle of SLU making parking hard
Kid-friendliness: kid-friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: the entrance is at street-level. place is big enough for wheelchair mobility and there are no stairs required to navigate

I mostly only go to pickup items from their pantry/fridge case. Love the food but 3 of the last 4 times I attempted to go they were closed during what should have been normal working hours. In December they were closed for weeks so it's surprising that they are still sporadically changing hours in January and February. I make special trips just to go there which makes it even more frustrating when they are closed.

I’ve ate here a few times. The food isn’t amazing but okay for a quick lunch. On Nov 22, I went in at 3:30. There was exactly one person ahead of me in line and at least two people behind the counter. After 18 minutes of standing, the guy at the counter was still chatting up the same customer in front of me, and that customer just had one simple bowl order. The service here is atrociously bad. I can’t tell if they discriminating against me or if the workers are stealing time from the business.

So sorry to say I was so unhappy. The Falafel had a Best Buy date on it 2 days before me buying it and I did not see until I left. The Cardamom latte was boiling hot and had a disappointing flavor. I absolutely love Mamnoon and Hanoon their sister restaurants, but this was well below par from service to food.

Hours are incorrect. Why be open for breakfast if you're sold out of breakfast items at 8am? It's eggs in a wrap. The answer is also not inside because you're sold out.
