Yummy hot chicken! In a cozy bar.

Too salty and there is no interaction with the restaurant. Was confusing from finding the entrance, ordering on the tablet to grabbing our table. The water ran out from the water jug. We had to eat spicy chicken without any water

Ma’ono was great, but it’s been closed for years. You can get their sandwiches at the Benbow Room bar, but the restaurant photos shown here are of a long gone restaurant. I don’t know why owners haven’t corrected this — it’s confusing.

The sandwiches are amazing always 5 stars… however the lack of fries is criminal. For 25$ I should be getting more than a handful of French fries and shouldn’t be hungry every time I leave this place. I’m always torn on even coming for the sandwiches because I know I will leave hungry. They give you a little paper cup that is never full and it’s always a disappointment. I love the sandwiches I really do but between that and the sides being so small I don’t expect to be full for the price I am spending. Hope to see improvement but after being burned throughout the years by this and the fact spice scale has changed…I’m unsure I will return for another year… this location is amazing though to be fair.

Love the kimchi mac n cheese. And the fried chicken sandwich is delicious.

I had their chicken sandwich, and it was delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. The seasoning was on point, and the toppings complemented the sandwich perfectly. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and quick. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to!

Food is delicious but customer service is below average be expected to wait or maybe even have to move the gate to get your food because they are outside smoking

I review restaurants for a living. It’s ALWAYS either a 1 star. Or 5 starts. This is by far THE BEST chicken spot I’ve ever tried. Got the chicken sandwich and chicken strips. Extra spicy. So crispy, THICK AND fresh. Bit of a wait but quality over quantity is my preference. DEFINITELY coming back. Also, super cool, friendly bartender. Give him a high 5!

Good but expensive. The loco moco is okay, it tasted a little undercooked. Grits are not cheesy like they are called. It was loud and packed inside. You need reservations before you go.
