I truly love tapas so I'm looking forward to try this Spanish tapas bar during Seattle Restaurant Week. The menu clearly showed the sincerity and the emotion of the chef. Everything tastes so good. Will definitely recommend.
Our server Diego was serving our table at a nice relaxing pace, not hurried. By providing the allergy chart on all menu items to us prior to ordering, we were able to pick out what we wanted and which ones to avoid.
Maripili brings a touch of Spain to Seattle with its inspired selection of tapas and warm, attentive service. The ambiance is charming—particularly on weekdays when it's quieter and perfect for lingering over wine and conversation. On weekends, however, the noise level can rise enough to distract from the otherwise cozy atmosphere.
