Buffet food at this location - great. got there about two, it was not packed. i had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. the bill was appropriate for the quality. i can see why they have a lot of positive reviews.

This place has very good quality and super friendly staff. They are always fresh, convenient, sparkling clean , and great price. I used to go Whole Food for lunch but now I come here 3 to 4 times a week. The lunch line is pretty long so you may want to stop before 11:30 or after 1PM if you are in hurry. They have so many selections. Their salad and fruits are so fresh, sweet, and yummy. I also introduced to my team members and they all like this place.

This is the 2nd Market Fresh location that I have been to and I'm not any more impressed. It is an easy, quick, self serve lunch option downtown, but the food is just mediocre. There is a salad/cold bar and a hot bar. Mostly Asian inspired dishes. There are different size container options which is nice if you are trying to control your portions. The fresh fruit was the best part, the rest was meh. Salmon was dry (I don't know why I was expecting otherwise), food was not as hot as I think it should be. Again, it was all fine, just nothing to boast about. If you can't decide on what you want, come here for variety. Otherwise, I would skip it and order elsewhere for the same price.

I get a lot of different options to choose from and customize the way I want. I love to take some greens and beans, fruits, egg, a little bit of fried shrimp/chicken with roasted sesame dressing, pumpkin seeds, and sweet and sour dressing (and not to forget Brussels Sprouts). My favorite option to fall back on!
