Amazing gelato and an even better experience! The owner was incredibly kind and let the three of us taste every flavor while explaining how they’re made. The flavors taste so natural—you can really sense the real fruit in them. It was also heartwarming to see him teaching his daughter to scoop gelato. Highly recommend!

The label said best pistachio in Seattle. And it did not disappoint. The gelatos are amazing. Made with locally available items. And the owner is a friendly and nice guy. Would definitely recommend the pistachio. But try everything. And the portions are very generous.

I say this without exaggeration: Marmalade has the best gelato, nay, best frozen dessert I have ever had in Seattle. Eat your heart out Fainting Goat, Salt and Straw, Molly Moons! I would gladly brave the inevitable lactose intolerant consequences, any day. They had some perfectly balanced tea flavors, with the most beautiful bergamot. I've never had an earl grey that actually tasted like earl grey, and not hint-of-wet-leaf! Nice job for your true gelato artistry, Marmalade!

I really liked the gelato from here. I got just the plain vanilla, which had no mix-ins or toppings, and yet I was still impressed. The flavor had strong vanilla notes, much more than you would expect out of a typical vanilla ice cream or gelato. I also really liked the texture, as it maintained a pretty good thickness throughout. The creaminess was very nice to see.
The only downside was the lack of flavors I found appealing. I pretty much had to go vanilla by default, as I was allergic to the pistachio flavor, and the fruit/tea ones did not sound great. If they had a way to post what flavors were available online, I would definitely come back if I saw flavors that seemed more appealing.
Overall, this is some really good gelato that I can appreciate despite the relatively plain flavor. 8/10

Was really excited to try their ice cream since it has wonderful reviews but it was closed Sunday 12th 3:30pm despite saying open in Google Maps or even their Instagram. Will try again in a different occasion.
The owner is a neat guy and the Gelato was delicious. Right now they have minimal indoor seating, but the chai Gelato alone is worth the trip.
