I LOVE THIS PLACE. So happy we stumbled upon this place during our evening stroll. Everything we had was chef’s choice and the chef did not disappoint. The rolls with the squash was delightful! Everything here truly brought me back to Japan.
This restaurant is said to have been around for 30 years and is known for quality, and I won’t argue that. If you are interested in the Omakase, they say to allow for 2 hours- I would tell you to plan on ordering it it as soon as you come in the door, and also not to get it unless everyone at your table signs up for it, since this should be seen as 2 hours+ from when you order it. This is my favorite brunch spot! Yes, I said brunch. I’ve never understood pancakes and eggs over and over again. I love the ever-changing menu here. The sustainable fish here is above reproach. They care about the details. Carol is fantastic and always sets the stage with her on-point recommendations (plus I can talk to her about my cats).
