Matt’s is the place to go for a Chicago style dog in Seattle! It’s not fancy looking on the outside, but it’s the delicious food and quick, friendly service on the inside that will bring you back. A great place for lunch!

I used to go there years ago. Then last year got a couple dogs there. Felt they were meh. So I gave them another chance because why not. I ordered chili cheese fries. What I got were some fries, two little tubs of chili, and one little tub of ice cold cheese. Yikes.

The food was sad. The fries would have been good if they had half the salt. The chilli fries tasted like Hormel chilli and unmelted shredded cheese.
The service was nice and reminded me of a Chicago hole in the wall.

Matt and his team went above and beyond every Friday we have lunch for employees. I stopped in the day before gave him the order. Everything was still hot when I picked it up and everyone loved the double cheeseburger and chili dog. Definitely will be going back!
