Just an expensive tourist trap, changed a lot since I ate at Matt's 10 years ago... not the same

The level of service is exceptional. Everyone made sure we had a good experience. The food, as always was delicious.

My husband had the best Pork Reuben! I was envious with my Fishwich. Views overlooking the market are always absorbing. Staff never falters. We love this place, especially for taking out-of-town friends, but also for lunch or dinner for just the 2 of us. RELIABLE!

Absolute perfection. Just visiting Seattle and two people recommended Matt's. They were right!

Just moved here from Denver and have been back 3x. My fave restaurant so far! Get the seafood stew, it's SO good.

We normally absolutely love Matt's. But we usually go for lunch. Dinner was very different for some reason. The service was extremely slow and inattentive. The dinner menu was so different from lunch, mostly all seafood that was incredibly overpriced. We got cheese platter, bread, seafood stew, confit pork, and roasted beets salads. Nothing tasted amazing like it usually does at lunch time. Not sure if there were different chefs in the kitchen, or just an off night.

We had a great lunch at Matt's in the Market! Great spot in the Market and the food was outstanding. The music was a little odd for a Sunday brunch but it seemed like it changed maybe after they heard us talking about it. Great service too, would definitely recommend!

A special spot within Pike Place Market with views of Elliott Bay. Food is unique and exceptional. Service was great.

Great dinner with friends celebrating a birthday. Had all the seafood we could get! Always a great meal at Matt's.

Halibut was outstanding . Oysters and cheese plate both terrific . Great waitress and front of the house dude.

Beyond our expectation based on a friends referral. Expecting " tourist level".. this was so much to more.

I ordered the salmon sandwich that this place had on "special." It was terrible. It tasted like they got it out of the freezer and microwaved it. It was inedible. My friend also ordered the salmon sandwich. Her reaction was the same. She could not eat this fish/dog food, because it was so terrible. We also got soup with our sandwich was below mediocre at best. I will never go back.

I was looking at my glass of beer and a smug waiter asked me if I had something in my glass. There was nothing in it, but he had the inclination of a stalker watching my every move. Every breath you take. The waiters will be watching you.

Couldn't have been better! The freshest of seafood, expertly prepared. Loved the halibut and the seafood stew. Basque cheesecake was a great finish.
