We ordered food to go—chicken schwarma sandwich and gyro salad. I let the employee know I was allergic to gluten and also I’d like to take the feta off of the salad. They gave me lemon vinaigrette by request but they took away the pita and tatziki and still charged us full price. They should’ve asked before giving me less food, I was going to give this to someone else. Also, the gyro was dry and the salad was mostly red onion with barely any other toppings such as cucumber or olives. I will not be returning here.

I used to eat here before Covid-19 till I got bad food, dirty utilities and stop eating here. 4 years later I return only to experience horrible customer service and mediocre expensive food.

I take many of my company’s new hires to lunch here. Food is always so fresh and tasty. I absolutely love their dolmas and babaganoush. Every person I have brought here also raves about the chai tea. Previous commenter is right, outside isn't much to look at (it’s in a basic strip mall) but inside is clean and there is a charm to its simplicity. Owners are very accommodating too.

I did not like falafel before I came here, but I have now converted to falafelism. Thank you for saving me, Mawadda Cafe. I have seen the way, the truth and the light and it covered in Tzatziki sauce.

Wow! Delicious food, wonderful people. I’ve been here twice and it’s my new favorite place. Everything is prepared with care and presented beautifully. The sauces, each one uniquely flavorful. The fresh veggies, all hand prepared and crunchy. The falafel is so so good, flavorful and truly one of the best I’ve had. Everything I’ve tried has been a delight. Highly recommend the baklava!

The food makes this place worth visiting!!! The gyros have this AMAZING garlic sauce and while this place is a casual sit down/order ahead place, it is definitely a great option for Mediterranean food.

The atmosphere is okay - old furniture, some nice lighting fixtures, unpainted walls, not somewhere to take someone on the first date BUT the food makes this place a stand out.

I would give this place a 5 stars but service was SOOOO slow even during the busy time - there was only 1 other party of 2 inside and our food took 15-20 mins to get ready. The staff were quiet as we entered and wasn't the most welcoming but I would go back overall.

Parking: tight spots, hard to get out of

The food is delicious . Everything is made with pride . It’s all fresh and made in house . Since it’s fresh and made to order , you will have to wait . It is worth it . I highly recommend the Greek french fries , amazing. Also I would not skip the chai tea or baklava, both so good. Friendly family business that appreciates its customers. The only thing I did not like was not their fault . Customers constantly talking loudly on cell phone , incredibly annoying ringers going off from multiple phones, some very loud voices . It’s a tiny place with close tables so hear everything. It has lovely lighting from beautiful lamps and is nicely decorated. I just wish some of the customers more considerate .

Good food but not the nicest storefront. It's unfortunate that this place doesn't have the most appealing building. As for the food, however, they prepare the meal with care. The dishes came with a starter salad, which was nice. I ordered the lamb shish kabob, which was cooked to a medium. The meat was cooked just right, but I think the rice was a bit too fluffy and didn't separate very well.Overall, still a great meal

$12 for a mediocre gyro sandwich just wasn't worth it. Ended up with $28 for 2 gyros and a can of coke. Much better for less in Seattle.
