Maya's Fiesta Time Catering & Mobile Food Trucks

1 tiny taco plate comes out every 20 minutes so if the line is long you could easily wait 45 min to an hour. Ridiculous prices. My food even came out wrong, I ordered birria and I got chewy carne asada. Terrible experience overall. At least warn people about the wait before they order.

An absolute disaster of an experience. It took well over an hour for three tacos and they ran out of what I ordered before it was ready. Would not order from this food truck again

Maya's catered our wedding and they were SPECTACULAR. Went above and beyond to give our 100 guests a really great dinner. We ordered a variety of tacos and fajitas, and they had the thought to include cheese enchiladas for any vegetarians. We had compliments from everyone about how good the food was! We have friends from up in Shoreline that have driven down to the Rainier Ave location to get dinner since the wedding!The setup was all very nice, and the staff set up the cutest tortilla chip basket waterfall, helped serve dinner, and even helped clean up and pack up the leftovers for us.They were easy to work with, priced fairly, and the food and service was excellent. Highly recommended!!

One of their food trucks came near my apartment complex and I went there for lunch. The tacos were AMAZING! Best tacos I’ve had around here! I hope they stick around this area! :D

The best tacos I've had yet in Washington! ?

The food was so bad ? got the vegan bowl and it consisted of what looked like chunks of uncooked/unseasoned tofu and very undercooked cauliflower and broccoli. Topped with iceberg lettuce, old looking guacamole. Rice and beans had no flavor. Absolutely awful

It’s so good to have a food truck at the fame filed when you have to spend all day with the kid’s games. I had the taco combo. The food was okay. It was a little too dry and lacks flavors. The staff are very nice though.

We called and called and kept being told the person in charge would call back. Our event was for next week. No return calls. Would not even give the pricing. If the food is as lousy as there service, I would look else where .....

Maya offers solid Mexican food. Not more and not less. Selection is typical for a Mexican restaurant as well. It makes sense to go to Maya’s if you are in the neighborhood, but I would not go out of my way for it.
