Experience was ehh from start to finish. We arrived without a reservation. Hostess seemed annoyed that we were walking in. She forced us at the bar area and pointed to the wrong way toward the elevator.
When we got up, the bar seating area was located in the worst side of the views. I don’t mind paying a service charge but when you have to order at the bar, get your own water, and sit in an unsanitary area with a QR code menu that had ketchup on it I’m not sure how that can be worth 22%. Cocktail list was sub par high priced with basic quality. To end it all, when we left the hostess didn’t acknowledge that we were leaving.
Don’t waste your time. Nest, altitude, firn will give you a way better experience with a better value of your money with service and elevated cocktails.

Atmosphere was great and the view. Great drinks. Appetizer was ok, too bitter dip and the pita was too dry. The oysters are delicious and will go back for more. Service was not great, our young man server was rude and we had to wait for long time for everything and even when we tried to call him he would ignore us. We had to get help from a different server.

I live in the area and have come here a few times, very few and far between. I’m known to go around to bars in the area with either a book or my laptop, usually coming solo and doing my own thing.

I came in today, a Tuesday afternoon, wanting to read my book with a nice view. The host downstairs was kind and let me know I could head up and that it was open seating in the bar area.

When I got upstairs, I had to take a quick phone call before sitting down. I took it in the corner of the indoor dining area since no one was seated there. After the call, I sat outside at the bar area and waited to be served. I waited for a while and eventually just started reading since no one had come over.

It took 20 full minutes before anyone approached me. During that time, the bartender served the couple a few seats down from me three different drinks and continued to overlook me. Around six other staff members were nearby as well. None of them offered me a menu, a drink, or even a glass of water. Most of them were gathered together talking amongst themselves while I sat there, clearly waiting.

Eventually, the bartender came over and asked if I wanted anything. I said water and a menu. I was told I could get water from the jug in the corner, and she handed me the QR code for the menu. A few minutes later, she brought me a glass of water. I ordered an espresso martini, which was good. It was more spiced than I am used to, but not bad, just different.

I stayed, read for a bit, finished my drink, and now I’m finishing my water while writing this.

This is a beautiful space with a great view. I’ve been here fewer than five times, and until today, my experiences have always been fine. Today was disappointing. Everyone else around me seemed to be having a great time, but I did not enjoy my experience. That stood out to me, especially considering how I’m usually treated at the surrounding bars and restaurants when I come in alone. So take that how you want.

I don’t know if this played a part, but I’m a woman who came in by myself. I was dressed casually in a white tee and jeans and came to quietly read. I sat away from the crowd to let them do their own thing and not disturb anyone. I understand that couples and groups are often prioritized, but I do not think that justifies being left unserved for 20 minutes when I was seated right next to the bar and in plain sight.

My total came to $25.58 for an espresso martini and water, with an automatic 22 percent tip included. If tipping had been optional, I would not have left one based on the experience. And that says a lot because I usually tip well above the minimum. I have friends in the industry and I genuinely like to support.

Overall, it is a beautiful space, but unfortunately, this was not a great experience.

Have only been here a couple of times, but both times was a very nice experience. Food is very good and the views are incredible. Definitely a fun spot to take out of town guests.

I’m waiting for a response from management about their racist, discriminatory and disrespectful bartender. I was publicly humiliated and disrespected by your staff. Call me asap or I will be a problem for you forever

I really wanted to like this place and hesitated to review it thinking it must've been a off night, but after reading the other low reviews, it's clear that things have not improved over the past years low reviews....so here goes
Last Saturday our small party of 4 had a reservation for dinner.
1. Food was cold, bland and overpriced for such low quality. Ordered the gnocchi with added crab meat. Arrived cold 45 minutes later ( on a slow night and mostly empty dining room. ) it was 7 small gnocchi buried under mounds of mushrooms that were pretty soggy but somehow tasteless. I'm a foodie and couldn't even finish the dish it wasn't good at all. Ate the tiny gnocchi and shredded crab meat, left the rest. My friend and her husband both ordered chicken meatballs. I tasted their dish and it was really surprisingly bland as well... Only 1 meal was finished the rest of us picked at the food but couldn't even finish half of our plates. I'm embarrassed that I didn't advocate for us and ask to speak to a manager that night. We still tipped the server over 20% even though he insisted the check couldn't be split up. (The hostess was able to accommodate getting check split up for us.) The waiter was impatient and rude to my friends husband in having to get questions answered from the chef about a preparation of his dish. He is from Brazil and wanted to know how something was cooked. I was shocked at the waiters tone when he addressed him. I lost 70 lbs in 2022, so for ME to not enjoy a meal with how much I've obviously over enjoyed food....speaks VOLUMES on how bad this meal was. Drinks were weak at best, we all left Feeling ripped off and hungry.

Some of the best views in town, clear view of the Space Needle and South Lake Union. If its busy season or a good day in the weekend I would definitely do a reservation. Only downside is if you make a reservation they ask for a card and if you dont show up they will charge you.

What a gem! Tasty food, incredible views, and excellent service! I came here for an event and was really impressed with the tasty non-alcoholic drink options. The bartender and server went out of their way to make my mocktails look and taste just as fancy and delicious as the other cocktails. I can’t wait to come back!
