I like the customer service here the staff are always nice. I wish when they serve the egg McMuffin they would actually melt the cheese. I don’t like getting my sandwich with cheese not melted. Maybe slow down sometimes and make sure food is served correctly.

Appreciating my brief stop for McD fries and cheese quarter-pounder deluxe, my typical order. This location had major renovation/ rebuild a year+ ago, and I like how it feels. I sit at the window seats with the counter facing the setting sun. The order kiosk works well, including request for a lighter serving of mayo on the burger, and food arrives magically: thanks, staff! Plus the packaging is of biodegradable materials... when I open it, the burger is nestled with fresh extra lettuces around it: looked nice. The restaurant was comfortable and clean, with a good layout offering a few zones.

There is something clearly wrong with the ice cream machine here. The ice cream is notably icy, watered down, and not smooth and creamy as we all know and love McDonald’s ice cream to be. Until this issue is fixed we will be taking our business to other locations.

I should have turned around when I had to avoid driving over the body of the cook in apron sprawled across the driveway.
Someone who sounded like she really wanted to be elsewhere could barely make herself understood in the intercom. She mumbled and turned off the microphone before finishing what she had had to say.
When paying my bill, the girl taking my card made no eye contact.
The only part of my visit that wasn’t horrible was the last window. If she were as disinterested as the others. I would have refused the food.

Idk how 20+ different occasions I can ask for a bacon quarter pounder with no ketchup or mustard and I end up with a burger with no bacon on it. After driving all the way home your solution is to only remake the item missing the bacon and not the whole order that’s going to be cold by the time I get home we don’t eat in the car , if it wasn’t for my daughter I’d stop eating here , waste of 30$

One generation ago people came here with their kids and they played on a playground. Now they’ve got signs saying no public bathrooms, and that nobody is welcome past 30 minutes. Ordering via the app is also a huge pain.
Probably the worst McDonald's in Seattle. Fries are stale. No ice cream. Many drinks are unavailable. Do yourself a favor and drive to Westwood village.

This is HANDS DOWN the best McDonald in Seattle, I have lived in several different areas (Queen Anne, Beacon Hill/Rainier, Shoreline, First Hill, Capitol Hill) and visited just about every other McDonalds in Seattle. It’s my FAV fast food chain! But I have to say that this location is by far the BEST! I ordered $160 worth of food at 10:45pm. They made sure that every last item was correct right down to the sauces and Ketchup. The food was super hot and fresh and the service was amazing. I expected a wait for it all to get done, but they were so sympathetic for just a few minutes (and we didn’t wait long, I’ve waited longer for a single meal on several occasions) that they threw in a cookie and apple pie. I am so incredibly impressed with their service and positive attitudes, especially at that time of night. Great food, Amazing staff and delicious food in very little time. GREAT JOB GUYS!! And thank you ☺️
