Hours for Friday are listed as open till 11pm. Great. Pulled into drive thru at 9:50pm and sat behind 3 cars all placing orders. Pulled up to place my order and was met with an abrupt, “we’re closing early”. Wtf.
When I asked “Why?”, I was told, “Cause our owner wants to.” Unbelievable.
If you’re not going to stay open till 11pm, than don’t post your hours as open till 11pm. Poor customer service.

Let me just preface this with how this incident happened a while ago and I’m just now composed enough to make a review. My friends and I thought about going to Wendy’s that day but honestly, a back alley dumpster probably would’ve been more appetizing than what we got. I would’ve rather had the meal that Shrek had in the first movie when he eating alone and Donkey was staring in at him from outside. I don’t know if it was just an off day for them or if the cooks were running some sort of elaborate social experiment to see how much abuse they can get their customers to tolerate before running their cars into the building. The obscene, repugnant smell that this food permeated through the bag was an actual assault on my nostrils. I thought I had got a standard quarter ponder but apparently the universe had other plans for me. It made me want to bring dishonor on them, dishonor on the restaurant, dishonor on the cow. And the soda was flatter than the enthusiasm of a DMV employee. Also, the fries didn’t have NEARLY enough salt on them, if any. The only salty thing in that car was our moods after this fiasco.
I don’t know who hurt the cooks that day, but they were definitely taking their pain out on the menu items.

Me my wife and my kid ordered a quarter pounder with cheese WITH CHEESE. The burgers had no sauce and our daughter’s buns from her sandwich were stale and dry and they charged us for extra pickles and only put 1 pickle on it

I frequent this McDonalds and order almost the same thing daily. Yesterday i ordered oatmeal. It had so much water in it it was consistency of soup. I had to double back and they fixed it. Today i ordered the same thing. It was watery AGAIN. I handed it back through the window and asked for less water. Catia was not the person who handed me my order, but for some reason came to window to argue with me about what i get and how my orders usually are. Very unnecessary and ghetto of her. I had to ask her to remake my order without making an argument.

that McDonald’s franchises set their own prices…? have a look at the photos I included, which show my receipt $15.99 before tax (almost $18 after tax… for a bagel sandwich and two orange juices…!), and a screen shot from an Issaquah franchise - same order but $12.99 (before tax). And a pic of my enticingly photogenic breakfast sandwich. Bet you can’t have just one…
Waited 22 MINUTES for my meal BUT I received a bacon/egg bagel breakfast sandwich instead, AND
On top of that, I had to wait for the two orange juices… how does that work?!

Terrible. I got a spicy Mc chicken and only got the bun and chicken patty. It was cold and dry, it had been sat out hours for sure. French fries were cold too. Staff is just lazy and don’t want to cook it fresh. Not worth it.

The fries were soggy, the chicken nuggets were really dry and dry. The Dr pepper I ordered tasted like Pepsi. The chocolate milk was good.

I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s location. The one nearby is much better. Otherwise, it’s just McDonald’s—every place is almost the same. I’d suggest visiting the other location for a better experience.
