I had an issue where I was charged for my order and got a receipt, but my food was never made or put in the system. I told the manager and she said she wasn't just going to make it for fear she wouldn't get paid for it (aren't they paid hourly?). She told me to order again to fix the issue. Uh, no? Why would I give you more money when you couldn't make it right the first time? That was a ridiculous suggestion. She seemed utterly clueless about how to handle this situation.

clean and modern location, very friendly and polite staff (one of the tidiest and most attractive mcdonald's ever). so glad they had kiosk ordering plus table service. mcgriddle combo was piping hot and filling. convenient location across from mopop and space needle.
