They are profitable only because they always give you the wrong (cheaper) order

The food is actually very good! I mean it! The food is great and they are super fast. The area isn't fantastic but the food is worth it.

There's no seating whatsoever.... Well actually there is. You can see it behind the guy taking orders, but nobody is allowed to enter the building. You have to order your food from the sidewalk and eat it somewhere else.

Had a (Lil McDonald's) Happy Meal for pick-up and despite their app saying it was available it actually wasn't, so they just dumped a toy from...TWO years ago in a box from an unrelated movie in 2025.
Either way I wanted neither.

Not just a 1 star for that though, I've been going here since I was a child and fifteen years later I still don't have a single decent memory of this place.

This place is peak Seattle: dirty, depressing, and surrounded by the kind of characters that make you question if society was a bad idea. You can’t even go inside—probably because it’s safer that way—so you’re stuck waiting on the sidewalk, watching a live demo of what happens when a city gives up.

I didn’t eat here, and I never will. I just felt obligated to leave this PSA for any poor tourist who still thinks Seattle has “charm.” Do yourself a favor—hand your wallet to the nearest guy screaming at traffic, stab yourself with a rusty fork, and skip the wait. Same experience, less hassle.

Consistently delivers the wrong order with missing or incorrect items. I ordered a caramel sundae but received an M&M McFlurry instead, with barely any mix-ins and a random hint of Hershey’s syrup on top. If you want your order to be completely messed up, feel free to eat from here. Otherwise, don’t bother.

This is a failed McDonald's trying to hold on in a failed city. Seattle was once a great city, and now it is just a failure. A big failure. This McDonald's has coos standing at the corner watching everyone. And violent people nearby yelling at the pavement washers, while the police just stand there doing nothing. And the dining area is shut down--looks nice but no entry. In fact the front door is barricaded and you can't enter it. Instead you stand at the door barricade and hope someone shows up to take your order, and just wait and wait. Eventually they take your order and eventually you get your food. But the dining area is shut down, maybe to avoid liability for the high drug use and violence in the area? Maybe dining area had druggies doing drugs in that area? Regardless, if you go here be aware of what you are walking in to. Do not feel safe, keep both eyes open, watch your 6. Stay alert, stay alive. Reminds me much of downtown Minneapolis. Oh, and the same meal that costs me $17 in Virginia, costs me $28 at this place. Wow!!. Thanks to the new minimum wage laws
