This staff is unprofessional whenever I came here to eat the Air is too cold in winter even I feel frozen but no one care about customers, I requested multiple times but no one listen to us. My friends and I decided to stop going to Mc Donald specifically this one.
I am requesting to my all friends don’t go here even they give you offers.
Kid-friendliness: Are you sure we will bring our kids to this fucking cold storage in winter, do you think we are made.

Unfortunately this place is consistent sub-par for typical McDonald’s standards. In my order today, one of the burgers tasted somewhat rancid, and I threw it away out of precaution. This was my untouched order of “large” fries. I was curious, so I weighted it at 107 grams- not even a Medium portion worth and they were clearly the last of an old batch. Worth the time / price to check out other McDonald’s in the area, don’t chance it with this one.

MULTIPLE LONG BLACK HAIRS IN BURGER: LOOK AT PICTURES: This is by far the worst fast-food experience I have ever had. I am glad I decided to check why there were no onions in this burger. I ended up finding 2 long black hairs on both sides of the burger paddy. Cooked into the cheese on one side and looped around on the top side. The placement of the one on top looks intentional. This felt like no accident. I can understand a small hair getting in. but with there being 2 on both sides. It's unbelievable. One of the hairs was at least 6 inches long and was clearly looped around to conceal its existence. I spent the next 5 minutes throwing up outside of my vehicle in the parking lot. I knew better than to go to this place

I ordered something for my son through the drive-thru, I ordered a combo burger number 1, but without vegetables, that is, just meat, cheese and mayonnaise. Halfway there I turned to see my 8 year old son and asked him if he liked his hamburger, when I see him he took a bite of the hamburger and all the mayonnaise came out, and he complained that it had too much mayonnaise, I looked at it and to my surprise it had almost the amount of mayonnaise for 3 hamburgers. I went back to complain and the manager told me that that was the amount for a hamburger. Here I attach the photographs so you can judge for yourselves.

It seems like everytime I walk into this store to order, the asian employees act like they want to make sure that every order goes exactly to the person who ordered it like I'm going to snatch the food. Very racist behavior. The GM also can give a very bad attitude if you correct her on your order. But yeah, the asian employees here are very rude and very racist.

This place is understaffed, sizes of the burgers are microscopic in size, my wait time wasn't too bad. Food tasted decent but would be better if the food was the size of what it used to be before things got downsized.
