They forgot to give us fries and they got mad cause we started asking them we called them like four times and they didn’t answer. And when they finally answered, they got mad and they told us to never talk to them again

Worst McDonald's by far. It has to be franchised because corporate wouldn't accept what is going on here. ( Closed this place down).
1. 95% of the employees are Mexican that don't speak English or understand English.
2. The evening shift drive thru male all hold up the drive thru line to hook friends and family with free food.
3. If your a delivery driver your always waiting an additional 15 to 30 mins. Usually customer cancel due to long wait.
4. Everyone says they are the manager but they don't understand English .
5. Nobody is never at the cashier area if customers want to dine in. They want all the customers to use app.

They only focus on drive thru customers. They had over 6 customers waiting inside and nobody acknowledged us or helped . I had to call in to ask for some help and still nobody showed up. WORST PLACE - 1.EMPLOYEES DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH 2. THEY DON'T HELP DELIVERY DRIVERS. ( Orders are always over 30mins) 3. THEY DON'T HELP CUSTOMERS DINING IN.

They get our food right every time even when we have special requests or dietary restrictions, I would score them higher if they had better quality beef and nicer employees, but I suppose that is a problem with every McDonald’s

They give you a large milk shake in a cup smaller than a medium, and charge you 6 dollars for it. Fries are stale and not seasoned. Crap food.
