I visited that McDonald's 3 times in 2 days and they screwed up my order all 3 times. I purchased a mcflurry and was given a cup of vanilla ice cream. No added oreo pieces. That store is failing to put it nicely

I love this mcdonalds in particular, but there's always some homeless guy or a bunch of middle school kids there. The middle school kids just make a mess, leaving ice cream and other stuff on the floor. I usually order a quarter pound with cheese meal and get myself a dr pepper, but they give me too much onions, and it's all mushed up. They even gave me a diet dr pepper when I said I wanted a normal dr pepper. The staff isnt that bad, but they do need to listen. The wait line takes 5- 15 minutes which isnt bad i geuss.

legitimately the worse McDonalds I have been to, yet I have been going here for years since I live nearby. They never mix the syrup when you order coffee, Big Mac missing toppings, Gross indoor dining with homeless often nearby.

I’m not sure why it would take 4 versions of the same burger to get it without onions and pickles and with the bacon that it normally includes.
On that last version, we only got a 1ish inch of bacon with other scraps and the lady was extremely rude when we said that wasn’t the usual amount of bacon.
Needless to say that at that point, we no longer trusted the staff and asked for a refund.
This wasn’t about getting free food - we returned each burger other than the 1st, which we’d picked at except that the onions were between each burger bun and each patty, plus it didn’t include the bacon.

Worst McDonald's around. Morning service is way better than the PM service. Incompetent people working. Multiple times messing up on my child's happy meal, like not putting in chicken nuggets often. Always making excuses for the app not working. Stating they don't have the order but they confirm the name... how does that make sense. Then after waiting for over 15min, they don't have your food and won't allow you to order it and pay at the window. I'd rather pay more and go to the 14th Ave NW location.

Very fast and tasty but nobody smiles. What can I say, you go here, Washington DC, Hawaii or the UK, if you order a Big Mac w\fries, you get the exact shape size and taste everywhere. If you like McDonald's then you will like this one, an Atypical Mickey D's.
Wheelchair accessibility: I myself walk with a cane and this McD's is up to code.
