I had a bizarre interaction today. I’m a vegetarian. Came thru the drive thru today at 12:45 & asked for 1 snack wrap with no chicken & to replace the chicken with a few French fries inside. The lady was rude & adamant they can’t do that. I eat them a lot. The Bellevue location, Renton location & Tukwila location all do it. Even the SEA airport one does. Luckily in the same parking lot there is a Subway. I would recommend going there or just down the street there is a Taco Time.

Today I had a pretty disappointing experience at a this restaurant . Look, I get it—these are not high-wage jobs, and it’s a tough gig. But that doesn’t mean it’s a free pass for being extremely unprofessional. The agent attitude was just beyond unacceptable. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it’s another to treat customers rudely just because of the nature of the job. That’s not an excuse. Management should set better standards.

This franchise makes Burgers, Shakes and all food far better than most McDonalds. They take personal pride and care in their customers' food as well as terrific service.

Came in after 11 drive thru closes at 12 saw that employees decied to close an hour early and was denied service after having placed an order online had to wait 20 minutes to get told to leave

I was very excited to buy my Minecraft box for what they promised, when I ordered my hamburger it came with lettuce and pickles when I ordered it without that my mom And even she paid extra to put tomatoes on her, and if that's not enough, the only thing that came in the box that appeared in the promotion was the toy and the box,Because the drink cup, the hamburger and the fries weren't themed as they promised, if you don't want a ruined experience, don't come here
