I needed a special treat for my dog at midnight. I asked if they could make 6 beef patties. The person who took my order assumed it was for a dog, and that made me happy. He offered to make them with no salt or onions, as to be safe for dogs.Well, unfortunately, they were accidentally seasoned, but a quick rinse under water solved that. Can't blame them for such an easy mistake. I was very pleased overall and was happy that they were thinking of my best interest when making a special request. Thank you.Also, the staff seemed happy. Joking around but on task. It's nice to see fellow minimum wage workers looking decently happy in the moment. Either a good team or good management, or both. Not every day you see McDonald's employees looking happy for a moment or two.

I recently placed a mobile order at this McDonald's location and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Despite waiting for 10-15 minutes, I was given the wrong order by an incredibly rude and disrespectful employee. Not only did she show a complete lack of professionalism, but when I raised my concerns to the manager, I was met with the same level of disrespect and rudeness .The attitude and behavior of the staff at this McDonald's were appalling. I have never encountered such incompetence and rudeness in any fast-food establishment before. I urge anyone considering dining here to stay far away. Save yourself the headache and frustration.

Does not accept online nor credit card after a certain time do the system update. Fails to notify people waiting in drive through until they got to the telecom. Waste of time if you looking for a mid night snack

This McDonald's may be a little difficult to get to from the east direction but it is way worth it. The service is fantastic, the workers are so friendly, helpful and accomodating. The food is delicious exactly what you would expect from a McDonalds.
They really need to specify whats actually in the big breakfast. Pretty sure I ordered one with hot cakes & server wouldn't remediate. The hot cakes are in the picture of hot cakes!

HORRIBLE LOCATION. It's right next to a very busy freeway entrance, causes terrible traffic, and is always jam packed. I've gone several times and felt frustrated every time. It's also so busy that quality seems to suffer, but today, I feel like I just got plain ripped off and I think they messed with my food!!I ordered a medium double quarter pounder meal, no pickles, and the employee at the second window handed me my bag without looking in my direction. I received a burger with overdone patties, small bag of undercooked, undersalted fries and what I THOUGHT was a medium Dr Pepper. I was unhappy with the quality, but not to the point of complaining, and then I noticed that the Dr Pepper ran out very quickly. I looked inside, and I had actually been given a SMALL IN A MEDIUM CUP!!! There was a smaller cup inside the bigger cup! And only the small cup had been filled! Not a mistake that someone could possibly accidentally make.I went back inside and demanded refund. Store manager had one of the employees make me a new drink, which I left with but decided not to drink, because they made it where I couldn't see and they already messed with my food once, soooo... I wish the manager had just refunded my money, on the drink at least.I have no idea why they would mess with my food. I was polite and friendly, like always. Did they think my order was too complicated for rush hour because I said no pickles? Are one or more of the employees just messing with peoples' food just because?AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience. I'll never return to this location.

After waiting in the Drive-Thru line for over 20 minutes, we finally get up to the order board and these guys actually tell us that they no longer accept anything but cash on the weekends after midnight. So here we are waiting in line all this time and these guys don't even put a sign out that says they're not taking credit cards so that way, it ensures you waste 20 to 30 minutes of your time because the line is about 15 cars long. The best part is that the manager gets on and starts running her big mouth acting like it's not a big deal and says well this is how we do things here and I should have known that they only take cash. I guess I should be a mind reader also. This place sucks, the manager is a complete jerk and the fact that it's a McDonald's that doesn't take credit cards is a joke.
