i went here to get my kids food and there was a rat in the bathroom and there was a dead rat in the bread and the rat was cooked and they were mean to my kids and told them to shut up and stop crying and they did not give me all my food

Standing around and playing while customer waiting for 2 drinks. Lack of customer service? please don’t be like those 2 ladies.. they stared me and my daughter down after complaining and did nothing to fix the problem. It took that young man on the right to take the initiative to do a better job on our order. That young man needs a raise or to be promoted. As we stood there for 30min waiting on our 2 drinks (8PM)that young man was literally everywhere in the front making bags, prepping orders and taking care of Doordash/UberEats orders which seemed to be a lot. Also there was no cashier open they told everyone to use the kiosk. I don’t understand why because those ladies stood right there and chitchat while on their cell phone. So it took that young man who stopped to listen and fix the problem. Thank you young man.

What happened here? Everyone is still listing this restaurant as being open but it most certainly is not. As of April 2022 the restaurant is now covered in graffiti and is completely surrounded by a metal fence, only working just fine as recently as last week.Why is it closed? Will it stay closed? What is going on here and why is nobody saying anything about it?

With raising prices you’d think that the quality wouldn’t drop but this was just pathetic. One of the fries dumped into the bag and they were old. At least they were properly salted… the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered had no sauce, and two flimsy pickles. This was atrocious, get your team together.

No where to refill drinks, can't get order right as well. Ordered a 10 piece nugget and only got 9, usually don't care but couldn't even give me the right sauces and then on top of that I got a fry with it, they were soggy and had little salt. Just to go along with all of this... a large Dr Pepper which where I come from is only 1$ was 2.29$ plus a "large beverage sir charge" of .52 cents. Service was nice I guess. Don't understand how this is even allowed... never coming back.

I am bilingual and the way the staff was talking with very inappropriate words specially in a family restaurant is very in appropriate i had never been in a McDonald's like that and I'm sorry i will never step a foot in that restaurant again. After being inside for a bit i stepped out and my wife was telling that the staff was asking each other that what the f____ was i doing standing outside and my wife listening to everything there saying in spanish she felt very uncomfortable just waiting for our specially having all of our kids with her.

The employees were very nice and very helpful. The place is spotless! I placed my order as takeout but because it was nice and very clean I stayed and ate my order there.

Everytime I order 10 or 20 piece chicken nuggets from drive thru or from the mobile parking spot, there is always 1 nugget missing. So we began recording it. The last 5x I have gone, there was ALWAYS 1 nugget missing. When you order a 20 piece, you get Two bags with 9 nuggets in each bag, instead of 10 nuggets. So that a total of 18 nuggets. If you order a Ten piece, you get 1 bag with 9 in it. I have 4 videos like that already. There doing this to multiple ppl per day. They are over priced in downtown as is. So with this scam, your not getting what you paid for. I have so far 4 videos backing this up and then ordering curbside pickup on the mobile app, they come out and stand by the resturant door, waiting for me to get out of the car and get my food. What is the point of mobile curbside ordering then?

I do not like using the self computerized order machine as many fingers & hands are touching it, so when I approached the front counter, the lady at the front counter pointed to the self order machine, and I told her I prefer to my order in via her, at first she had some sort of attitude but she did take my order. Besides that the breakfast itself was good...
Love this location for the fact they always serve ice cream no matter what time of day or night..Also it is a very very busy location but efficient so there food is always extremely fresh so therefore its always amazing! So if you want the good old school Mcc'y D's this is definitely one of those locations you will be happy with. Enjoy!!!

Literally ran by a bunch of children…. I totally would give them a break but they seem to have attitude problems, that should have been corrected at home before ever coming out into the work field. When in a customer service setting your job is to service the customer, not ignore them or gesture to them like they are unworthy of being spoken to like the competent adult they seem to not be. Please go somewhere else. It’s downtown seattle, you will find many other McDonald’s restaurants or even better within 3 mins of here.

I don't eat fast food often, but when I do I guess I can appreciate the consistency of McDonald's. Their customer service was as expected for anyone working in this type of environment, underpaid and dealing with what I am sure are plenty of grumpy, miserable people. Wait time was minimal, food was hot. Pup was excited to imbibe on a french fry. Yay!
