This store stole my money
I have a charge from McDonald's from an order from December 9th. McDonald's website directly. Not Uber, not lyft etc.
The receipt is from this particular roach and Rat infested store, and they are refusing a refund where my order was destroyed and I never got to eat my food because their driver had my food on the dirty ground and saturated by coffee. I am not a dog and should not have to eat off the ground,. It should not be so hard to refund...read full review
This is our closest McDonald’s but the last few years has gotten terrible. Incomplete orders repeatedly, bad food, stale buns, etc. but it’s our childhood comfort food.
Tonight after a long day we didn’t feel like cooking so we tried again.
We mobile ordered and the guy who brought out the food was super nice but when we got home we realized we didn’t get our large fries we ordered and paid for AGAIN!

McDonald's is a restaurant that is advertised as being open 24 hours, although sometimes the service is not available during the night. The food is usually prepared correctly, and the customer service is fine. The restaurant is clean, and the drive-through service is efficient, with really fast service noted by customers. A popular menu item is the Shamrock Shake. For vegetarians, there are options such as fries, apple slices, salad, hotcakes, eggs/cheese hash browns, and desserts/drinks. The McDonald's app can be used to save money and earn points towards free menu items. However, some customers may find that the food does not agree with them and can cause digestive discomfort.
While the food is good, quick, and hot, the interaction with staff may be limited due to digital kiosks, leading to less personal service. Customers have mentioned that prices have increased significantly, and the decor resembles corporate cubicles rather than a welcoming restaurant atmosphere. The legendary play structures for kids are no longer present, although the Happy Meal is still available. Curbside service has been praised for its friendly and fast staff, making this location a go-to choice for those in the area. There is a decent amount of parking and easy access to I-5.
